We were at 1001 in Amriswil for the first time today, but we already know the concept of the play paradise from other locations. Basically: Our kids (3.5 and 1.5) had fun. But... There is one serious point why we won't be visiting again anytime soon: the food. That was really a letdown today. We were there around 11:30 a.m. and after a while both the adults and the children were hungry. There was a snack menu at the bar tables around the children's area. This also applies to the adjacent “restaurant” (you can’t actually call it that). There are only things from the freezer that are prepared either in the oven or in the deep fryer. Pizza, chicken nuggets, mozzarella sticks, panzerotti, fries. Otherwise chips, ice cream and thawed pieces of ready-made cake. Picnics are not permitted with the exception of fruit and baby food. The kids were still hungry after the first portion, let alone the adults. For a really small Pizza Margaritha you pay CHF 10.-, which I think is really overpriced. But the best part was that our son accidentally dropped the pizza on the floor while picking up the food. I left the pizza behind and assumed that a new one would be made or that the money (or at least part of it) would be refunded to me. Instead, another employee comes to ask me if she should bring back the dropped pizza. There was no accomodation and eating the pizza was out of the question for me for hygiene reasons. This approach is the main reason why we won't be visiting again anytime soon. What should be highlighted, however, is the younger, male employee of the restaurant, who was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, his hands were tied. My tip: arrive there with a full stomach and enough snacks in your bag for afterwards. Otherwise you only have the choice between unhealthy, overpriced or a mixture of both.

Well done, for young and old. I think there really is something to do for all ages 0-100. Cons: There was only one server at the bowling alley downstairs and there were a lot of people. She had to do everything alone. And it would be nice if you could also let out chips/coins for the machines with your bank card.

Let the children work out while drinking coffee. Loud and busy but my kids have fun :)

The games at 1001 are fun and modern - but the best thing is the staff, who provide top service and create a wonderful experience! Saturday was wonderful!

We really enjoyed our visit to the gaming paradise. Everything seemed safe and clean. We didn't have to pay an entrance fee for our child <2 years old or for us accompanying people. I think the price is very good for ages 2 and up for the play options it offers. The prices for drinks and food are a bit high, but you don't pay a parking fee so it's okay. We will be back definitely :)

Went to the play paradise with 2 children aged 2 and can highly recommend it. Good parking options. Staff very nice, fair prices for entry and food. Lockers can be used without coins. Clean and the play area was great for the little ones. Definitely coming back.

Great location and surprisingly good quality of food! We had our company's Christmas dinner and two rounds of bowling to whet our appetites. The appetizers and drinks were top notch, the raclette that followed was impressive due to the very good quality of the cheese, meat and ditched the raclette oven! The support was impeccable, thank you very much again. Lovely again!

There is everything here: bowling, bar, nightlife, restaurant, billiards, tennis, lounge/smoking lounge, darts, table football. Children's playroom (play paradise) equipped with a variety of equipment, catering for all age groups. The prices are good. We enjoyed it and will definitely come back when we are in Amerswil.

Lots of cool ways to have a fun game night. The dinner (table grill) was also good. The service was attentive and very friendly!

Mega friendly staff at the Bowiningbahn. Waitress at Dart was very slow and extremely unfriendly, it's a real shame that some people lack respect for customers. Otherwise, cool games and good food.

Great for children, except that you have to pay for a few attractions separately and the food and drink prices are very overpriced, which is why it doesn't have full stars. You're not allowed to take any drinks with you for the child. Otherwise it's great fun for children for 12 francs .

Unfortunately, the bowling alley had errors after a few rounds and our game was transferred to the neighboring alley without any problems. Staff friendly, but unfortunately understaffed and therefore a bit slow when it comes to drinks. There is a need for improvement here.

The children's playroom (play paradise is equipped in a variety of ways, all ages are catered for.👏 Prices are ok. We enjoyed it and we will definitely come back when we are in Amriswill.

The highlight is that you can have a great time here with lots of friends. With the right friends, this is a good place to start and then it's off to Barleben Amriswil. I'm looking forward to the next time here.

Perfect place for parents and kids. The sitting tables are around the play ground gives to parents some quiet time while sitting enjoying your coffe and checking on kids. Very much recommended.

Really cool here. You can play billiards, bowling darts, etc. in peace while the children play in the children's paradise. I find the drinks prices (from 6CHf) and billiards hourly 18CHF a bit too high, otherwise the location is cool.

Top children's paradise for the little ones, a place to really be children

There are some innovations in the gaming paradise that are not necessarily better. Lots of screens with video games. We recently had a children's birthday party, unfortunately some of the children couldn't be gotten away from the monitors. Too bad... it was better before Otherwise, you can let the kids run relatively freely here. It's quite clear.

Really great play area, especially since everything is on one level. This means you always have the very small ones as well as the big ones in sight. But the price of a liter of syrup (8.-Fr.) almost knocked my socks off!

I can recommend it without hesitation! I've been taking my daughter to the indoor playground for years and she's always happy! I often play badminton, billiards or table football there and have always been happy so far! The staff is also very friendly! I will definitely visit you again soon!!!

The gaming paradise is very expensive for what it has to offer. The children liked it. It is very busy during the holidays and in bad weather, so off-peak times (including lunch) are recommended.

Nice place to spend a day with family or friends. During our visit, the kid playground was quite full. Parents are free of entrance fees. There are also different sports and nightlife activities.

It's great to go there with the whole family, there's something for everyone for small, medium-sized and adults. Good food and drink, everything is great 👍

Unfortunately it didn't meet expectations. Restaurant "Closed" for whatever reason. Snacks are too expensive and minimalistic! Slot machines and similar from 2.- Children's play world is pure disaster. Too small, too many people, clothes, socks and shoes lying everywhere. Wardrobe should look different! 12.- for a child for something so small, everyone has to know for themselves. For us, that's it for the gaming world!

Everything fits. At bowling alley number 6, the points are not counted correctly. Some kind of defect that we noticed. Should be fixed.

We spent the child's birthday in the 1001 Spielparadis. It was a wise decision. Children have many opportunities to play while parents can play bowling, billiards and much more. Very great leisure activity for in between. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The food is simple but good, the portions are very large. We always like to come over when the weather is bad so that the boys can let off steam for 1-2 hours.

The children's paradise is free for small children up to 2 years old. Bowling alleys great. There are additional sports rooms on the upper floor.

There were six of us bowling. Including 2 kids. Have great fun. But after 2 laps we were done. It was very loud in the first round. Afterwards it was more comfortable.

Anyone who goes to this leisure center wants to spend some quality time as a family. The children play, the adults chat together. Young people soon find themselves underwhelmed by the range of games on offer. The range of food and drink on offer is geared towards the target group and is fine. At first glance, just two employees (one in the kitchen and one who takes orders, prepares them and collects them) seems to be barely enough. In practice, however, it was pure hustle and bustle - the person at the front in particular was always jumping: to the back of the store, to the front and back, in order to fulfill all the wishes of the waiting customers. All that was needed was one complaint or complicated person and queues would form. My impression is that the management responsible organizes a lot of things in a way that is too complicated and simply hasn't been thought through. I give five stars for the idea of ​​developing such a center. There is a lot of catching up to do in the culinary sector.

It's clean and well arranged, adults have free entry which is great but unfortunately the prices for drinks etc are incredibly high... It's almost a little small for older children.

There were 4 of us at the table. 2 of them from abroad who don't speak German very well. The waiter takes both of their orders and runs away without taking our order too. We were able to order later. The only thing that didn't come from us was the food from the other two. When we asked why ours came first rather than the two who ordered first, we said “he doesn’t understand them”. Then when it came to paying, the two of them had the previous banknotes with them that the waiter had no longer accepted. Well, everything is good. When I wanted to change a 20 note for 2x10 notes, I got 2 old notes that I could no longer use the next time I consumed them with the comment “these are old notes”. The same ones that the waiter gave me beforehand. This way you can also give gifts to customers. It was disappointing because when asked, the waiter responded by running away.

Today we were at Play Paradise 1001. Our little one is 1.5 years old. There is a lot to experience: ball pit, wall of lights, motorbikes, trampoline, climbing and sliding options. The play park is very safe and everything is well padded. There is free parking in front of the house, we didn't have to pay entry because the adults and the very little ones are still free. You can buy food and drinks there, but you are not allowed to consume food that you have brought with you (except baby food). I deducted because several tables were unfortunately very dirty today. There was everything from old chips, sticky drinks and crumbs. We had to search a bit until we found a clean table where we could sit. Baby changing facilities and toilets are available. There is also a nursing corner. There is a cloakroom including lockers, the space is rather limited and everything is a bit "crammed". All in all, it's worth a trip, especially in bad weather. There is also a lot to see for small children aged 1 and over.

The inexpensive and comprehensive offering, from aperitifs to table grills as a dinner event, was phenomenal and all guests were thrilled, including by the passionate and attentive service. Although there is nothing to be found on the website, young people under 15 without a legal guardian are simply turned away. As a father, I find it a shame to hear that the children were chased off the pitch in an unfriendly manner!
