12-inch CofFee in Saas-Fee

Very nice café in the middle of Saas-Fee. I really like the best drinks and, above all, the ambience. The name suggests it; Vinyl records can be purchased here. Very nice place! Good coffee and delicious cakes

Stay at the end of November and beginning of December 2023 During our short vacation in Saas Fee, my friend, his family and I went to this bar. We ordered an Irish coffee, cocoa with rum, mulled wine and a tea (fruity). All the drinks we ordered tasted good. Ordering is done at the counter. The service was neat and friendly. There is also nothing wrong with the general cleanliness. The atmosphere is cozy. I would visit this restaurant again and would happily recommend it.

Great service! Delicious coffee, the best in Saas Fee

Cozy coffee, nice ambience. The service is ok. Here too, the coffee is unfortunately served with UHT instead of fresh milk. Good for hard times, bad for good coffee. Tip: fresh milk for fresh coffee. UHT/war milk immediately forgotten.

We visited from Australia and it is difficult to get a flat white coffee anywhere in Switzerland that is similar to our coffee culture at home. 12 inch cofFee was amazing, thanks so much it was great as is Saas Fee so beautiful.

Nice coffee shop with a great atmosphere. Fine drinks, but unfortunately no waffles in the off-season. The service needs something, even with few people. But if you can accept that, it's worth a visit.

Were there in the off-season and were totally thrilled. Excellent coffee, delicious cake and super friendly service. We were really able to enjoy our coffee in this fantastic location. Thanks to the 12-inch. We like to remember the pleasant stay. The Penske family from Germany

No gluten free options and allergy as a matter of fact. Coffee is great / and it comes in a generous portion. Waiter switches to English when you start conversing in Deutsch it’s a good stop for a coffee / for a view or food with allergies there are better spots in Saas-Fee

Great cafe with a cozy atmosphere. What's particularly great is that there are also vegan alternatives. The vegan crumble cake with berries was very juicy and delicious. My companion found the Rockslide Brownie “pornographic”. We will definitely come back 😊

Very tasty latte macchiato and vanilla frappe. The waffles are also very tasty. Also a big compliment to the friendly gentleman who served us. Very sympathic!!

Very nice staff and good things

Cool and chilled, nice atmosphere, good selection of drinks, very hard-working boss - we'll be back! We came back - after a skiing holiday in the summer - even more chilled out with seating outside on the meadow and a great view.

2021: We can sit in this café with 2G. There are collector vinyls to buy for 30.- 2020: In this complex period of covid19 it is one of the only places where you can get hot drinks to take away even during the week. The coffee is really high quality and the desserts are excellent. The Cappuccino as a slice of cheesecake is 5.- The staff are friendly and efficient.

Upon posting a negative review after a line cutting incident, owner’s tactful response is to victim blame and throw lies that I was the “abusive and violent” customer and therefore I did not deserve an apology from the Cafe that allowed it to happen. This is a testament of how they run their small business. Advice to the owner: When your irritated patrons are waiting over 20 mins because your barista can’t whip out drinks quickly as she should (she should get some professional training at StarBucks) and you allow another patron to cut the line - albeit even under “Swiss” standards - it is common etiquette to ask or inform the next waiting patron that she is allowing another customer forward for a reason. This is the proper “way of working” and simply basic customer service. You should be ashamed that your barista made the most ugliest unpleasant face with lips curled (so many wrinkles that I should’ve taken a famous photo) when the line cutter yelled at me for calling him out on his actions. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism anywhere in the world. Oh well. As they say, the rot starts at the top. Very soon a Starbucks will set up shop next door and wipe you out.

Best café in the village, no question about it!

Great ambiance, tasty snacks & smoothies. Didn't have a coffee but the matcha tea latte was amazing. Friendly service. As a bonus, there are a bunch of vinyl records in there that you can throw on a record player and listen to via headphone. Great idea - nothing sounds like vinyl.

Excellent coffee shop. Great soy chai lattes. Delicious vegan treats. Hard to open door with broken leg. Apple cider too hot for kids.

Great coffee, decor, friendly staff, very clean. The only criticism I have is that whilst we were having our brunch, the manager mopped around and under our table, as we (accidentally) managed to step into chalk or paint outside and brought it in on our shoes.

Fine coffee selection and a tastefully, comfortably furnished restaurant. There is also a drinks fridge with non-mainstream mineral water and beer. The passive and rather sluggish staff didn't fit in. The water from the counter was empty despite there being few guests.

Original, welcoming and warm place serving the best coffees around, plus the glass of water is SELF-SERVICE AND FREE!

Still best cafe in saas fee! Best soy latte ever! Delicious gluhwein. Devine spiced chai latte. Fabulous vanilla soy chai lattes. Lovely kids warm milk with served with bite sized Milky Way, a total winner and not too hot. Lovely cakes. Amazing bagels. Fresh water you can serve yourself totally needed after skiing. Clean toilets. Lovely decor, friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere! Will come back here often!

One of the few beautiful and totally cozy cafes in the otherwise very swanky Saas Fee. You can even get the coffee with almond milk and the snacks are delicious.
