Small bar with a DJ and great music. If you want, you can even dance. The staff are friendly and motivated. The selection of drinks is generous and the drinks are finely mixed. Gladly again.

Great staff and very well filled

Small but very nice. Competent staff, good toilets and great music (rock, pop, 80s, metal). Good for relaxing during the week, live bands every now and then and the place is packed on Friday/Saturday. In my opinion there is no food.

Always something going on. Unfortunately, smoking is not allowed inside.

Very nice Bar, with good music on Monday and Thursday. There is a central almost circular bar. The beer is good, and not that expensive. The age is a bit up. No teenagers

I love places that do live music. This is the first time I've come here for that (usually just a drink and to meet a friend). Very efficient bar and always a good, grungy but friendly ambience. Hope to see more bands there on Thursday nights in future.

Bar with DJ and good music. Small bar with dance floor and table football. Drinks are typical for Basel. Toilets were fairly clean for a Saturday evening. The store was very crowded, but you could still get through. Mixed audience. The last round was called at 2 a.m., but the music continued to play and you weren't thrown out straight away.

Stumbled upon this place roaming the town looking for places open late with live music. Missed the live music, but found a very reasonably priced bar with amazing staff and fun patrons. A dive bar with better quality liquor and a fun vibe. Can't wait to come back next time we're in town.

I was there Friday and Saturday. More suitable for visiting on Saturdays where the place, although small, is really very crowded. All cheerful and nice people. The friendly staff.

This is by far one of my favourite places to go to in Basel. The staff are great, it is very reasonably priced. The DJs always play different types of music and people are friendly.

The drinks were good, the crowd was mixed, nice place, but the music was like at an oldies party. Unfortunately I wouldn't visit the store again because of the music.

Casual bar with simple drinks and good sound in Kleinbasel's trendy district. Homely, cozy, great! There is also a Töggelika box and you can challenge it. The staff is easy and friendly. For me it's always worth a visit. Please like my review if you are happy with it. Thanks.

Yesss... you feel young here. The old guard of the Babala Bar meets with Kleinbasel emigrants and spirits for an exuberant get-together. Iconic. There's a football table - and a dance floor. Somehow the place still has the vibes of the nightclub from back then in its bones...

Always works! Music is good (DJ with old 7" singles from the 60s to 90s), the beer selection is appealing and the clientele is mixed. It's just a real pint. You can't eat anything and you shouldn't be squeamish either. But it fits.

Seedy bar. Was very disappointed with the staff and the ambiance. This is not a legitimate music venue and isn't a place I would ever visit in the future. The staff is rude, it's stuffy, dark and dirty. Avoid this venue at all costs!

Cool bar with live music. Very small and often a lot of people, so it's a bit cramped. They don't have Coca Cola, only Africola (in case someone really wants a Coke) and they don't make you aware of this when you order a Coke. But otherwise really recommended.

A great location. Best for spending good times with friends and listen to a wide range of good music (even oldies!). Nice and friendly bartenders and with a huge knowledge of mixing drinks. Also the costumers vary in their backgrounds, which makes a good mixture of people getting together.
