A Chau Trading is getting worse. If you buy something there, for example in Basel Centralbahnstrasse, you definitely have to look at the date of the products. It has happened to me repeatedly that I bought expired food and then had to throw it away. In addition, the majority of the products are overpriced. A Chau used to be great and is now just a flop! Finally dead to me!

A great place where you can find a lot of variety of asian drinks, frozen, dried food and fresh vegetables (mainly, chinese, vietnamese and a few of korean and japanese dried food). There is an asian restaurant appended to it.

Probably the most authentic Asian cuisine in Bern and the surrounding area. Our standard menu always includes noodle soup and crispy duck. Since last Saturday also the summer roll. Always my pleasure !

nice folks, not to big but all full with stuff you might not find in other asia stores... like vegan Kimchi seasoning, SpringOnion seeds. for the snack home we highly recommend some springrolls for takeaway they are 5stars

This is my favorite grocery store in Bern! It's got a nice selection of Asian groceries that will likely fit your needs - including some fresh produce. Additionally, they have a connected restaurant, which is fantastic! I highly recommend checking it out and making it a regular stop on your shopping trip!

One of very few go to places for Asian products in Switzerland for us, and the one in canton Bern with the best and widest selection, per our knowledge. Once in a while they even have Taiwan Mijiu in stock. Also, big packaging of good quality rice of different sorts, all kinds of noodles, seasonings and spices... . Staff is friendly and forthcoming, and the lady at the cash register today was fluent in Berndeutsch, Chinese and Thai (for all I could understand). Very impressive indeed, and a grwat help to the customers.

I have always trusted Asianaxende. I find everything I need here, the staff is always nice and helpful. The attached restaurant is great. What I've tried there so far has been simply delicious and the decision is never easy.

The store has an extensive range, larger than most shops. The restaurant was very good (at least the Peking duck and the red curry that my colleague and I ordered, unfortunately we couldn't eat more, but we'll save that for next time) and the service was also very friendly and attentive.

The parking lot is pretty big, but it’s always full on Saturdays. You have to be patient a bit here. Sometimes there’s a kind staff member comes to you and tell you that where you can park. I believe this is by far the most cheapest and the biggest in the canton of Bern. The shop divided into the different sections like Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese and Indian. There’s also a good Vietnamese restaurant next to it. You can eat first and shop later, otherwise you buy more stuff.

This shop is the Asia shop that provides widest choice in Switzerland perhaps?? Selling Price is also cheaper than other Asian shops as well. PS. Fresh fruits/vegetables are shortage, this might be the Covid Logistics effect?

Great place for Asian groceries, from Thai, Indian, Korean, Japanese, meats, vegetables, spices, instant noodles, rice, desserts, alcohol cooking ware, they have it all. And the prices are very competitive too! Would definitely return here to buy more next time. Peking duck rice at the restaurant is a must try!

The best Pho Noodle Soup that you can get in bern. I have tried many phos in Switzerland but none of them comes close to this one. After a good bowl of noodlespup you can to the asian groceries next to rhe restaurant.

We went shopping there today, like we were in another world. It's a really great thing, but it's better to ask again whether what you bought is actually good for eating. I thought it was for food, but the friendly salesman said with a smile that it was something similar to chewing tobacco :) lucky again. Now I can try out a lot of new dishes... Hmmmmm

New location, very bright, enough parking spaces. Less chaotic and less crowded than the dark Asian market in Europaplatz. The staff is very helpful, can speak all languages, German, English, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and you can also talk to something else... something that you haven't seen in Switzerland for a long time - perhaps most recently 1950 - Pleasant atmosphere. It's also good if there are typical "Asian cooking utensils" but unfortunately they are still a bit small. What I don't like is that there are a lot of boxes lying around, but you can take out what you need straight away if it's missing from the shelf. Minimum amount with card payment, very small Korean and Thai area. And very small drinks selection. Many products have E numbers, which I find very bad. Be sure to pay attention to this before purchasing. Korean and Thai food could also be offered in the take-away. Maybe only during lunch from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. and in the evening from 5 p.m. to 11:30 p.m
