Very welcoming baker, however the bakery no longer does gluten-free! It's a shame not to update the site and to have customers move for nothing.

I just went to buy my breakfast in this bakery and I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome from this saleswoman, she is full of life and very sunny! She welcomes each person with her good humor and her big smile! We are sometimes not fully awake and this kind of person does us good! I just advise you to go there once just to feel the good vibes it gives off! Thank you again for this smile

The gluten-free bread is defrosted! Purchased elsewhere, it looks more commercial than artisan. Inadmissible. The lady serving might possibly show a smile.

Good bakery and plenty of choice

INADMISSIBLE!!!! My daughter-in-law bought a braid at the Carouge bakery for the price of CHF 9.80!!! She rightly expected excellent quality!! Not only was the braid nothing special but the service was really poor and the icing on the cake was my daughter-in-law had to pay 10 cents. a common transparent plastic bag to carry your braid and other buns!!! No further comments!

Thieves' Bakery. My friend and another man were in the same situation, we had paid 6.90chf to have the to good to go, she did not want to give it against the photo of the payment validation even though my friend had the code! This person was very unfriendly, it's sad these people who no longer trust... especially not to give bread, which was going to be thrown away anyway... zero for morale, zero for ecology, zero for economy! In short, I advise against it.

I bought a baguette last Saturday late afternoon. She was completely stale! This is unacceptable for such an establishment.

The best Pougnier bakery/pastry shop in Geneva, beautiful welcoming and friendly window, good fresh and delicious products. A real pleasure to go there.
