Came expressly to drink a good hot chocolate from a chocolatier, had a cocoa worthy of a supermarket cafeteria

Bread and cake like anywhere else. Slightly overpriced but given the location the prices are understandable. Staff but extremely arrogant and arrogant. Service according to your mood. Standing right in front of the eye, but completely ignored for a long minute. I hope that such shops will be woken up by tougher competition or will disappear from the market.

Large selection of drinks, desserts and savory dishes. We were quickly taken care of even though the Bakery was almost full. Table service was quick and efficient. The space is quite small, it feels a little cramped. Prices are average for those in Geneva.

The food is okay and specially the quiche is really good. Awfull service, both waitresses did not speak english and had no interest in understanding or being understood. They served and charge one extra coffee. The table was dirty and even after asking the waitress to clean it, she just half-cleaned one stain but not the whole table. This made us feel uncomfortable and disgusted during the breakfast. The toilet was clean but with no soap. The location was good. I would not recommend to have breakfast in A. Pouigner, but I would recommend it for take-away.

I wanted to eat and drink a few things this Saturday late morning The saleswoman told me that this was not possible because they were only 2 employees Although there were many empty tables and they were not stressed at all

Okay, nice. But expensive for what it is. Croque madame which doesn't look like much. Nothing to do with those in Paris… The panini was a little dry but still good. Maybe the “real” food was better than the snack food.

Hopefully next time you would have time to put the reservation on the table before the guest is seated and eating. It's not the client's fault if you don't do your job properly, but given your attitude and your way of communicating, you lack training in communication with the client. I would like to thank the manager for his kindness.

very nice service, lady at the counter welcomed me nicely even when i looked utterly confused, tired, and did not speak any french. they let me use the toilet even before paying. the toilets are small but are clean. their teas are high quality, although 4,70 for a mug is a bit on the expensive side (is it the city's standard price though? idk switzerland tends to be expensive)

Central bakery and pastry shop. Too expensive and the toilets dirty and smelly. I would not repeat.

Where did the great team from before go? I've been going to this tea room for a long time. But today for the second time I was very disappointed with the service. As soon as we enter, it gives the impression that we are disturbing, to have a Hello, you have time to do the Geneva marathon twice before finally getting it. The lady on the service side (table) is stormed and I see none of her two colleagues who are on the sales side giving her a hand. A house protocol or simply the team spirit is not there?? Too bad. And please fill the tea cups well because a tea at 4.70 chf 3dl and you have 2dl hurts. I'll try to come back in the morning to see if it's better. thank you for your understanding

Kind staff, very good apple tartlets. On the other hand, my hot chocolate was too full, without a cap to carry it with. I put it everywhere.

Great service and very rich what they sell

Quality pastry/confectionery. Bread is pure joy. I eat it even when it has dried. The pies and cakes are delicious. It's far from home but I still go there to eat decent bread. The service is extraordinary.

I only go there for its praline croissants which are killer, I devote a budget of 300frs per month to tell you why I only buy that, not that the rest is not worth it, I don't have the means to 'buy something else that's why I only buy praline croissants because I buy so many that I have to deprive myself of buying anything else, but if it's like praline croissants then it's one of the best bakeries and that's so much the better because there necessarily has a pougnier not far from you...

Delicious cake but DAMAGE the Boss really has the logorrhea "uncontrollable need to talk" or the thirst to talk, no respect to these customers, he speaks out loud to a point where he makes you forget the tasting. Even I returned home but I still listen to his reasoning voice. I advise you to go upstairs because the ground floor and really its high communication with a loudspeaker. Basically not recommended. Not very welcoming, a lot of waiting and only sweets at 3 p.m. If you like a little savory thing for your afternoon break, go ahead. Very noisy and a little cramped in terms of space, not great but ok for a coffee

Came here for an afternoon coffee and a cake. As it was 15pm, there were less people and it was a real escape from the crowd. If you are lucky, bring your book and order an espresso. Go up stairs and watch people passing in the Main Street. 👌🏻

Very good Tea-Room, delicious pastry, BUT, Judge people on their faces, without admitting loud and clear, that the staff made a mistake (which happens to everyone) and take the opinion of a person who judges poorly the customer WHO HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT, but has the right to be offended, otherwise friendly staff.

NO SERVICE! Waited for 20 mins and all waitresses were chatting instead of ordering or even providing the menu...... while the place was empty. RUDE! Empty room without customers but no service for 20 minutes, not even a 'hello' from the waitresses who chat among themselves. 服務態度極差！
