Very unpleasant waitress, terrible service Mille Feuille is not bad but the panini is too dry I wouldn't come back to this address really I'm calling on the boss to review her staff because she treats the customers really very badly she responds very dryly and she looks at you almost badly like you and in disturbing him is very serious for a very renowned bakery like this one

The quality of this bakery company's products has declined. Quinoa salad: undercooked quinoa and too much vinegar. Lentil salad: passable. The lemon olive oil sauce is impeccable as is the service. The price is very excessive in relation to the quality and quantity.

I had 20 minutes to drink a coffee and quickly eat a piece of bread. I asked for takeaway coffee afterwards but the waitress had a very unpleasant response. She told me “you have to know what you want!” I was surprised. You could tell the waitresses didn't like their job. The coffee was not good to top it off. I don't recommend it because it's not what it used to be. Damage!

I agree with Sebastien. The welcome is deplorable, no smile, no politeness... dear Mrs. Manager, you should change jobs because you are too unpleasant and derogatory to stay in the business. Let's talk about the products: dry, not generous, the breads are very passable... for me they are industrial products which should be sold two to three times cheaper. The sandwiches are made with poor quality products (watery and fatty ham, flavorless vegetarians, deplorable roast beef, etc.) and soggy. I reported this to the manager politely and kindly for a product that matched the price or a refund because it was so bad. She replied “if you’re not happy go elsewhere” curtly and without any politeness. His colleague was embarrassed by so much aggressiveness on the part of her manager. This is totally unacceptable. My advice to everyone, take three more steps and go to another bakery. A. Pougnier Cluse should be avoided.

The most expensive bakery in Geneva. Inflation okay but we shouldn't take ourselves for pigeons either. And be patient because the waitresses have to chat with each other before serving you.

We wanted to have breakfast and thought we had found a nice bakery. We didn't notice it was a chain. The croissant was dry, perhaps from the day before. The decor meh. The prices are expensive and the welcome leaves something to be desired. A waitress who addresses us without even looking at us. I had to deliberately pause in my order to stop her and make her look at me. Too bad because it's the only bakery opposite the maternity ward.

I love this place but I mostly go when the other tea rooms in the area are closed. You just have to know that it's a somewhat upscale place with the prices to match. The waitresses are very pretty.

Good service with a smile, however at 3.50 per pastry (chocolate bread, croissant and almond crisp), we expect better in terms of quality. At 7 a.m. none of the three were fresh.

The prices are those of Geneva, but all the products are MINI, in miniature mode, taking advantage of the location. The sandwiches and dessert were very good, fresh and of good quality, too bad for the size.

Much too expensive for the quality sold... I didn't think you could miss a croissant, Pougnier did it... Coffee like in 90% of Geneva establishments = slightly brownish hot water.. You do not deserve your status as a bakery and nor this location in Geneva..

Unfortunately one of the worst croissants I've eaten and it's not the first time. Probably it's a few days old given the taste or the freshness or it's simply not good. My boyfriend ate a salami delicacy, it was also dated, no freshness. We won't come back again

A bakery that is way too expensive for the quality of their products. We had a butter delight (without butter see photo) and a dessert which was supposed to be a carac which was as hard as concrete.

The grand cru, a dark chocolate pastry🍫😍, a treat! A team of really nice waitresses and salespeople and a very warm welcome! With patio terrace and exterior terrace. This bakery is a place that I highly recommend! ❤

I will give one star for the terrible service received today by one of the young girls working in this place. I assume she didnt receive any training when she got hired. We came from the swim pool and our baby fell asleep in the stroller on our way home so we stopped at this place, on their terrace where it was quiet and no sun. My baby was woken up by this girl who came and served us like we would have hearing problems. She throw the bottles on the table and had no empathy whatsoever for us, as I was trying to get my baby to sleep again and shhshhhh him while she was there. I am sure I will relate with so many parents about this post, as we know how cranky and fussy a kid can get when he only sleeps 30' instead of 2 h. Let"s say I am overreacting, but what got me mad the most was her reaction when I gently told her that she could have been more silent when she's seeing a baby sleeping. I got the whole set of eye rolling, frustration, telling me that why am I in a coffee with a baby cause that's the atmosphere in there...(there was only 1 lady near us, on the terrasse, lady who was asked by this girl afterwards if it's her fault that my baby woke up and if she really made noises when she served us- she needed some reassurance probably, but how can you involve other clients too in this???). This girl continued to argue with her colleague in front of myself and other clients and she made me feel so bad while trying to order extra, after telling her to be more empathic...I couldn't believe how low is her service and how badly she treats the clients. Obviously she doesn't get anything about being client focused.

I had an espresso, a passion fruit mousse and a petit four mocha pastries. -Coffee is cheap coffee, not great. - Passion mousse good but not wow - The little pastry in the photo 😩too too sweet. Disappointed 😔. I couldn't finish it. - Otherwise, the service was very pleasant. Smiling waitresses👌🏼👍🏻

When did the service become so unpleasant? Neighborhood café open on Sundays, nice for a little coffee, delicious macaroons...I've been coming for years and for a few months I already felt a change. But it's been 2 Sundays in a row that I've been barked at by the waitresses! A supplement for the breakfast formula for a spill???? Since when??? Three weights to be served (on the other hand I am aware of all their stories - obliged to put on headphones), to be looked down on because breakfast time has already passed? Correct nothing more. The portions (sandwiches and others) are still small. The panini is smaller and more expensive, not necessarily better than elsewhere...that helps because it is generally well located.

It's super expensive and the sandwiches are a steal. For ham there is 1 small slice with too much butter for an exorbitant price.

Very tasty things, just a bit expensive even the cafe or the orange juice. You can be served then you pay more for the things and other things to take away. Lots of choice and fresh.

Excellent Cafe' with plenty of dessert options and lunch items. Their Espresso machine whips up some delicious lattes and cappuccinos which you have to try. I tried their chocolate mousse, chicken sandwich, salad, cookie, cappuccino and some assorted pastries over a course of few days. Loved every bit and their staff is very courteous and friendly. Must try one of their locations while you are in Geneva!
