Very fine dinner on the occasion of the AGM of the Schinznach Boat Club.

The food was great, but there were two things that weren't great and the staff couldn't do anything about that. I had to defend my drink and food from small insects. The other thing is in the direction of the guests with 4 bikes, it would be nice if the bike racks weren't completely blocked off. Yes, there are also bike guests on the road and no, I don't think it was staff because they had foreign license plates and yes they had them still had enough other free parking spaces!

Very friendly service, fine food is very nice not far from the Aare. Children friendly, very nice playground. Inexpensive. It's worth a visit

Nice atmosphere directly on the Aare.

The food is great! A mix of Swiss and Asian cuisine. Unfortunately, the service is rather poor, very long waiting times before you can order and pay, and the restaurant was almost empty.

We had lunch with 3 people in the Aaereblick restaurant on September 9th, 2023. We had to question our online reservation ourselves; I only received a reservation confirmation when I asked over the phone. The service was friendly. We took spring rolls as a starter, which were very tasty and attractively decorated. For the main course we ordered chicken curry salad with fruit and garnish and liver. We asked that the dishes be served without leeks and onions because I have allergies. Unfortunately, this was not taken into account with my salad, so I could only eat half of the salad, the rest was made with onions, which no one was interested in when I asked. The food was very tasty (for me, the part that I could eat). We sat on the terrace and had a wonderful sunny spot. The restaurant is very clean and attractively decorated, it is a shame that only some of the tables were occupied. We can advise everyone to form their own opinion!

Not recommendable. We've been there three times now. The first time we were probably lucky, we had a waiter, he was very friendly, prompt and attentive. The food was edible but not anymore. The second time was an absolute disaster, the children's menu was served incorrectly, this after a waiting time of 45 minutes, the restaurant was not even half full. Cordon Bleu was served with fries instead of the croquettes we ordered. After eating we sat in front of the empty plates for another 45 minutes, the waitress walked past us several times with empty hands. Only when we pointed this out to the boss was it cleared away. Dessert was ok. The third time we had our food on the table quickly. There was still food from the previous person on the knife, disgusting. This time the plates were cleared away promptly, but the empty glasses were not. No request for coffee either, dessert menu nothing. After waiting 30 minutes without being served, we paid our bill directly at the cash register. This was probably the last time we visited this restaurant. It's actually a shame, given the location and size it would have a lot of capacity.

Fine dining in one of many dining areas. There is also the option to sit outside and dine in a riverside ambience. Ample parking and a children's play area.

Pule salad is a real catastrophe, over feeling with the sauce and menus, it's a real children's mönü👎 despite the bad salad and small portion we would have to pay full price, I'm sorry but I don't recommend it.👎 at the Swiss restaurant if the food isn't good you don't have to pay full prices Pay even if the food doesn't taste good!

We registered by phone. Lunch during the week. Nice service, we ordered the veggie menu. Waiting time a bit long. Good value for money. Food tasted excellent. Portions a bit too small in my opinion.

This place is quite nice, off the center of Aarburg and by the river Aare. It is quite big and is ideal for events and very special moments. Quiet in the evening during the week though

The food had a very good taste, but was a bit expensive (red curry 30.- and unfortunately there wasn't much sauce). Something about the ambience: The restaurant and the entire location in general have the greatest potential in the region - there is almost no other place that is so close and conveniently located to the Aare. At the same time, no investment has been made in the restaurant for a long time, there is no “wow effect” when you are there. It's such a shame, you could make so much out of it. Nevertheless: recommended

Ate at the Aareblick after a walk with the dogs. Very pleasant on the terrace, so close to the Aare. The food, including the dessert, was tasty. Gladly again

Had sweet and sour fish, but only remotely Chinese. Sauce watery, vegetables rubbery, fish not even breaded, just everything cooked in a strange broth, and the taste, a 2 out of 6. If I offer Chinese cuisine, then it should roughly match the taste nuances. Sorry, but every amateur cook can do it better.

Disaster... weren't served for 20 minutes... service staff walked past us x times... left again and will never go there again!

Absolutely bad service 😞 after 25 minutes without ordering, I left the local again feeling thirsty and hungry. And no, we weren't self-service! When we left the restaurant, the server followed us without saying a word. We will never consume anything there again.

Were there today. Received the wrong ice cream, no apology, no discount, even though the ice cream wasn't eaten.

Today I was at Aareblick with my family. Unfortunately, some people's food wasn't that great. After eating, I and two other family members were no longer feeling well in our stomachs. At home we had to throw up. Wasn't that great.

I'm rarely in the restaurant anymore, so I can't say much about it. I am often in the building next to it and play lotto. The building is good and works perfectly for such events.

We went to Aarenblick for brunch today. The buffet was very rich. The service was very friendly, the atmosphere was very pleasant. We had a hall just for us and the children could play and eat as they pleased. A big recommendation to families who want a carefree brunch. A short advance registration is necessary and everything else will be taken care of. A big thank you to the restaurant.

Cozy place on the Aare. Very good cuisine. The motorway is close, but doesn't bother you because of the sound barrier. Large parking lot and nice owner.

Nice restaurant with a large playground for children. We found the waitress unsympathetic (a gentleman). To pay we had to get up ourselves and go to the staff because no one came to the table. Conclusion: I don't think I'll come back. I value service

The Aareblick just outside of Aarburg has a large parking lot. The restaurant is quite large, clean and nice. The hit in summer is the large terrace with a view of the Aare, with many shady spots. The menu has something for every taste. The prices are in line with the market. Here you will be served by the boss.

The service is simply incredibly cheeky! We were thirsty and just wanted something cold to drink. When the gentleman came with the dessert menu, we assured him that we just wanted something to drink. The dessert menus were then placed on the table next to us. Afterwards we were served very unsympathetically. After we finished drinking our glasses, we got up and left the area for 2 minutes to look at the nearby beach (we did NOT want to swim!). The gentleman had followed us and asked the worker to take a photo of our car number so that we would be fined. The first and last time we were in this restaurant!

Dear ladies and gentlemen, we had 3 drinks at your restaurant and we were treated differently than the other customers. Just because we were normal citizens wearing bath clothes in this hot weather, they served us three times and asked the same thing three times if we didn't take a dessert although we had already said twice they had given us an unpleasant expression.

There weren't many guests but the service was very difficult. Portions were rather small. I was there again for a while.

For me there wasn't enough rice and I missed the Asian smell, maybe a spice. It was rather bland. Unfortunately, it wasn't served with a warming plate as usual, just everything on the plate. The price was too high for this rather small portion. The staff is friendly.

Swiss pub with Asian charm and a direct view of the Aare. Large children's playground. Very classic 80s ice cream menu. Prices okay, service nice. Food varied. Seating outside is a bit poor. The mix of Asia, shisha bar and Switzerland is multicultural but also a bit muddy. All in all okay but not anymore.

Unfortunately, it happens every time that you receive poor service. Last Sunday we asked for the card 3 times (cards were distributed next to us and also collected) but we were not served. After waiting 20 minutes we left without ordering. It's a shame that you treat customers like that. Unfortunately it's not just the team's fault but also the boss's fault. The one star is because the restaurant is beautifully located on the Aare. But that's the only positive thing. A pity!

A highly recommended place. Always the friendliest service. The food was prepared very well, but the portions were almost too big. The restored Aare landscape below the power plant is also ideal for a walk.

Just terrible! I don't have any other answer to that, sorry. Actually 1 star is undeserved. Service is unfriendly and takes forever. We waited over an hour for our food. Sauce etc were missing. The portions are overpriced for what you have on your plate. It was nice weather and the guests on the terrace waited forever for their drinks and coupes and some weren't even served and ran away angry. We ordered coffee and never received it, but it was on the bill. The boss was friendly but blamed everything on us and said that we should have contacted us if something was missing or wrong. Well, what if the service never shows up? Not even the host asked if the food was good. Nothing. We then had to ask 4 times for the bill until someone came. In the end we could probably have walked away without paying and they probably wouldn't have even noticed. Conclusion: No thanks and never again!

Today we spontaneously had an ice cream on the terrace of the restaurant and unfortunately we have to say thank you but no thank you The only thing that was great was the view of the Aare. We ordered 4 coups and 1 drink, unfortunately the drink never arrived and the waitress unfortunately didn't speak any German. My husband called another waiter who was just about to come in and he called back. I don't take any orders, but my husband is missing still a drink but it's settled we want to pay, after 15 minutes my husband went in where the waiters were having a small talk with each other and asked for the bill again, it came correctly without the missing drink, my husband Then I had to correct the waitress because otherwise she would have made a minus. Tables around us weren't cleared, guests had to wait a really long time even though there wasn't much going on, but the ladies were chatting behind the counter. No apologies or anything about the drink. Unfortunately very bad although there was a lot of potential. I'm an expert myself, but unfortunately I had to feel embarrassed.

Open, friendly environment, with good connections by car, bus (in front of the door), bike or on foot (near the recreation area). The prices are good. Thai and Swiss cuisine with quick conditions.

The location would be great, nice view of the Aare, quiet location, large playground for the children, nice decoration but unfortunately the service itself leaves a lot to be desired. Long waiting times even with few customers. Also great for families to start a short walk from there.

The restaurant is located on the famous Boninger sandy beach. Which is now a mass magnet. The restaurant is beautifully and comfortably furnished. The prices can be assessed as medium-high. Due to the sandy beach visitors, parking spaces are rare. The natural landscape and the beautiful stream next to the restaurant embellish the already idyllic picture.

Actually -3 stars where I was there... for dinner... Everything is a disaster!!!! Except the service... unfortunately she was also under the boss's "hammer". But... the food wasn't... not good... but not enjoyable!!! Absolute “impudence”. And criticism. will not be accepted at all!!!! (not from the staff... from the "boss side"!!! 🤢🤢🤢 I hate that!!!

The address with Aarburg is published on the Internet, my navigation system had no chance because it is registered under Boningen. It's very beautiful on the Aare, but the restless decoration distracts from nature, it's not harmonious, I didn't feel comfortable because it was generally so loveless. The menu card has probably never been cleaned, the pages stuck to each other and some dead mosquitoes stuck to them. The menu selection is a mix of Asian cuisine and good home cooking (exciting). I think the prices are very high, especially because the quality is not right. Ordered 1 x beef entrecote and lamb medium and the meat was served bien cuit. So price performance is terrible. The rösti was floury and the vegetables were old, rubbery and the cauliflower was gray, it tasted the same. It was very painful to have paid almost CHF 90 for nothing, never again. We then drove to BurgerKing.
