I can recommend it, everything is great

The pizzas and gnocchi in the restaurant tasted very good. However, service seems to depend on the day - sometimes on the ball and sometimes rather slow and forgetful. We spent two nights in the hotel - I would call it an "accommodation option". The comfort of the beds was okay, the cleanliness and the size of the rooms were good. The big but is: The building is right on a busy street where you can hear too much even with the windows closed. At the back there is a railway line. Sleeping was between 1:00 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. - otherwise rest was hardly an option. Even when sleeping with ear plugs, you had the feeling that everything around you was shaking with every pull... At check-in we were informed that breakfast starts at 6 a.m. We weren't told that this only applies during the week - so we had to leave hungry and in a bad mood on the day of departure. If we had had correct information, we could have prepared for it - but as it was, the situation was more than annoying. If you had any questions, the reception was unfortunately often unmanned... It was my birthday weekend - and unfortunately it brought with it a few too many negative impressions.

Black-haired little waitress with bad German is totally cheeky and unfriendly. No thanks, please, no “enjoy your meal”, food just thrown away, no thanks for the tip. It's a shame, so I haven't come for a while. Pizza is otherwise good.

The food, especially the pizza, was very good... Of course the spaghetti carbonara too. The service was quick and very friendly, even though it was lunchtime and there were some workers on site who were eating. Is only recommended.

The homepage says warm food until 10 p.m. Arrived from Basel at 9:20 p.m. The kitchen is closed, the waiter directs us to the sign on the door that says 9:30 p.m. The homepage will perhaps be adjusted in six months. He couldn't help it; after all, he wasn't the boss. In the future I'll just drive by... Meanwhile, the time on the homepage has been adjusted!

Quick stop just for a sandwich for lunch. Convenient and large parking right near the main road, we reached the structure after hours and with the kitchen closed but the very kind owner put herself at our complete disposal and prepared for us what she had available, that is, a delicious sandwich with very fresh products and extraordinarily stuffed, especially at a decidedly affordable price, in a few simple actions I can only leave a positive review for the structure and the service, an excellent example for any structure open to the public, congratulations.

We were served friendly and the food was very good. Big portion. Only the ready-made salad dressing wasn't convincing.

We were passing through from Saas Fee to Raron and discovered the restaurant. Very nice service and delicious food. Huge portions. Food is quite expensive, but unfortunately normal in Switzerland...

Just entered going down from Zermatt i seeing a lot of local cars (VS - Vallis). Good pizza from real pizza oven!!! Very delicate pasta carbonara. I recommend!

I didn't stay at this hotel because they didn't have rooms that could accommodate my family of eight people, but when I found out that booking had canceled my reservation at the last minute and it was almost 8pm without me being able to get anything, the receptionist and another Portuguese lady from the hotel hotel made the greatest effort in the world to help us with our relocation, including calling several hotels!

Super good food, large portions, very friendly service

I stopped one night for a meeting with friends. The hotel is comfortable, the room clean, also equipped with a small balcony with a table. Unfortunately it is located on the main road (although a little set back), and the traffic noise can be heard. With the windows closed and the curtain drawn the insulation is still good. The owner was courteous, both check-in and check-out were uncomplicated. The price is average. Large parking available. I also took advantage of the restaurant to eat a pizza. Courteous staff. Good, generous dimensions. The restaurant (we were on the covered outdoor terrace) is poorly soundproofed. In fact, when the place was practically full, the general noise was quite annoying. The price of dinner is average. I can recommend it.

Ich möchte mich der Meinung von Frau Grezner anschliessen. Nicht mehr wie damalsSpaghetti und Pasta waren früher eine Empfehlung wert. Wir haben dies auch bekundet. Enttäuscht liessen meine Freunde fast alles im Teller.Einzig die Quantität stimmte und die Pizza war recht, wobei ich betonen muss; der Teig war früher viel feiner und knuspriger.Wir werden wohl keine Werbung für dieses Restaurant aussprechen wollen.Schade!

Wir kannten das Hotel noch im alten Style der gut war... Alles was neu ist-heisst nicht das es besser ist. Jetzt der neu renovierte Aussenbereich= Terasse war so laut🙉wie in einer Bahnhofshalle,und nebenbei laufte noch der Fernseh/Radio. Wir waren echt froh nach dem essen nach draussen zu gehen. Service klappte auch nicht🤨 Nur (zwei) Vorspeise waren in ca.15 min Etappe serviert worden. Die Zimmertüren allgemein mussten entweder stark zugezogen od.zugedrückt werden das es lange keine Nachtruhe gab🛏️ schade! Sonst war es okey gemacht.

Il menù è ben presentato, con tipologia moderna e per le varie età, rappresentando una cucina internazionale ma con radici Elvetiche per non deludere gli svariati clienti Svizzero tedeschi.Il servizio ai tavoli attento ed efficiente, cosa piacevole che da la sensazione nonostante i vari avventori di essere ben seguito. War schon mehrmals hier. Die renovierten Zimmer haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein ganz besonderes Kompliment an den Pizzaolo - hier spürt man die italienischen Wurzeln der Besitzerfamilie.

Si sabes que la familia que maneja es italiana y pides Insalata mista, pero obtienes un plato de ensalada suizo muy típico, ¿qué puedes decir? Para tres de nosotros, era alrededor de 50 francos la cabeza y, francamente, nos decepcionó en general. El cordon bleu estaba bien, la ternera milanaise solo estaba bien, y mis chuletas de cerdo con aderezo de queso estaban bien, pero nada era realmente especial. Los postres son en su mayoría helados, de nuevo, está bien, aunque no probamos la crema casera de caramelo o panna cotta. Honestamente no muy emocionante, tal vez las pizzas estarían bien?

Y no solo pizza. Una buena variedad de pizzas, pastas y otros platos, una lista de vinos sensatos y precios razonables. Ambiente agradable, buen servicio y, en general, una gran parada en el camino hacia Saas Fee o Zermatt, justo a la salida de Visp (una ciudad que no tiene mucho que ofrecer). Estaremos encantados de volver cuando esté en la zona.

Auf der Heimreise von Saas-Fee suchten wir ein Lokal und landeten so zufällig am Sonntagmittag im Restaurant Ackersand. Das Restaurant war voll besetzt mit vielen Einheimigen und Touristen. Wir wurden schnell und vorallem sehr freundlich bedient. Alle waren sehr kinderfreundlich. Es gab mindestens 5 (gutgelaunte) Service Mitarbeiter, sodass alles reibungslos funktionierte. Unsere Pizzen kamen zügig und schmeckten gut. Die Gerichte an den Nachbartischen sahen hervorragend aus (trotz grosser Portionen), die Desserts der Nebentische sahen fantastisch aus, aber wir schon vorher satt. Das Restaurant verdient unserer Meinung nach 5 Punkte.

Il locale si presenta molto bene, il personale è molto accogliente e disponibile, ma purtroppo la pizza non era troppo speciale, secondo me l’impasto va fatto lievitare in modo più lento dando più tempo alla lievitazione di far il suo lavoro, perchè la pizza si presenta commossa un po’ difficile da digerire e di poco sapore

Met veel plezier 2 nachten verbleven. Ruime kamer met balkon was prima. Goede bedden en functionele badkamer. Ontbijtbuffet niet zo bijzonder.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were perfectly adequate and the beds comfortable. Everything was clean and working. There's absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel and if you need a place to stay for a night this is fine. There's no real charm about the place but there is one hidden gem. The attached Italian restaurant doesn't look much as you walk in but there is a chef there that knows what he is doing. He - or she - served 4 spectacular pasta dishes to our group. Great flavours and perfect presentation.

Es ist ein gutes italienisches Restaurant, wir hatten ein gutes Mittagessen, bevor wir unsere Reise nach Zermatt fortsetzen. Das Essen ist frisch und authentisch italienisch zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Obwohl es sehr voll war, bekamen wir unsere Bestellungen nach kurzer Wartezeit. Als wir das letzte Mal in Zermatt waren, genießen wir das Essen dort nicht wirklich, es war überteuert und es mangelte an Geschmack, so dass wir diesmal in Stalden zum Mittagessen ausgingen.

Nach 1h und 45min erhielten wir unsere Tagesteller. Viele Gäste, die nach uns kamen, bekamen ihre Tagesteller früher. Es ist unverschämt, dass wir, die extra einen Tisch reserviert hatten und alles nicht in einem angemessenen Zeitraum bedient worden sind. Definitiv nicht für eine Familienfeier geignet. Essen war ok.

Gemütlicher Ort auf dem Weg nach Zermatt mit leckerer Pizza. Dieser Ort liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs oder hat Parkplätze. Halten Sie für einen Wein an und essen Sie oder denken Sie daran, im Hotel zu bleiben, Sie sollten ziemlich glücklich mit Preisen und geschmackvollem Essen sein.

Este Restaurante Pizzeria es también hotel, tiene una terraza muy agradable para cenar en verano. En el interior, el local es pequeño.Ademas de las especialidades locales, tienen unas magnificas pizzas. Una de las camareras habla perfecto español. Stalden pilla de paso cuando bajas de Zermat, el restaurante está iluminado con pequeñas lucecitas que se ven desde la carretera, también disponen de parking.

Situato a pochi minuti dalla bellissima Zermatt, l'Hotel - Restaurant Ackersand è un luogo perfetto dove trascorrere le proprie vacanze. Ambiente familiare, posto accogliente e buon cibo dove il cliente è sempre ben accolto da un personale qualificato e gentile. Top. I'll come back soon.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia ed abbiamo assaporato dell'ottima cucina italiana. Situato in una location meravigliosa a due passi dallo spettacolare scenario che regala il Cervino. Staff cordiale e di elevata professionalità. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Un posto in pieno stile italiano in una piccola realtà svizzera. Ho alloggiato in questo hotel con un gruppo di amici per un "week end bianco" dove facilmente abbiamo raggiunto gli impianti sciistici di Saas-Fee e Zermatt. Camere pulite e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. International breakfast molto ricca con la quale cominciare bene la giornata per poi concluderla con un'ottima pizza italiana. (Perfetta anche la cucina). Connessione Wi-Fi e TV. Moderno,accogliente e grande disponibilità del personale .
