The food at this sushi restaurant was acceptable, though not particularly outstanding. I ordered miso soup along with my meal, and it was a pleasant surprise—it authentically tasted like the miso soup I've had in Japan, capturing the essence beautifully. However, the other dishes I tried didn't quite meet the same standard. Despite this, the service was notably quick and the staff were friendly, adding a positive aspect to the dining experience.

The place has a very Japanese ambience, you place your order on a "food order form" (just like in some places in Japan), there's even a pinball machine in the back. However when these guys popped onto the scene last year, they opened the restaurant that Verbier needed. Located in the chilled out Tbar, right on the place central, Aiseki Sushi serve a delicious menu of sushi and wok dishes, beautifully presented and in a relaxed environment or for take-away. I really love their food, and the fact that its not over-priced means I eat it far too often. On top - I'd add that the quality has remained consistently excellent every time. A top notch outfit - highly recommended.

Wir kamen letzten Freitag haben einige Sushi und es war ausgezeichnet. Ich komme hier immer auf Trip Advisor nach Abreise wo man gut gehen und den Bewertungen über Aiseki sind nicht falsch! Es war auf jeden Fall eine tolle Erfahrung mit top Qualität Essen und Personal. Ein absolutes Muss bei einem Besuch in Verbier!
