Very good sushi, very fresh. The pasta dishes, the roast duck with oyster sauce were really delicious. Delivery even faster than stated. Gladly again.

We ate in this restaurant for the first and last time in January 24th. The food and service were good. However the ambience is very bad. The room with the tables is small and rather sparse. Every time guests or take away guests entered or left the restaurant, a cold draft flowed through the room which was very unpleasant! We all froze while eating. My wife caught a bad cold that evening! After we tried to talk to the staff to discuss our concerns, the landlady simply said that it was very cozy and that the guests should keep their jackets on when eating! In German: The main thing was that the guests consumed, the rest didn't matter to her! 😡

I ordered momos with vegetables and beef. Unfortunately, the vegetable momos don't convince me at all. I love momos but unfortunately I won't be ordering these momos again

We ordered the food at 11:50am and it wasn't delivered until 1:30pm. The waiting time of 1 hour 40 minutes is simply too long! The food was otherwise good.

Instead of the stated 60 minutes at the time of delivery, they were told that there was a 20 minute delay, but it could be that it takes longer. Having to wait another 20 minutes longer without further notification is poor service. If you add up the 20 minutes when you responded, that was a total of 40 minutes late. The food was delicious, but it was now difficult to eat, even though I haven't had any problems with what I ordered at other restaurants.

The two of us ate outside on the terrace. The food was delicious. Is a good place for Asian food.

Because we ordered via an app that we used to order food to a friend's home a few days before, the address was wrong. We only noticed this after our friend informed us. After a quick clarification, the food, which was completely freshly cooked a second time, was delivered to our home at no extra charge. The food was incredibly tasty and definitely made with fresh ingredients. Very inexpensive, top service and highly recommended!

Food quality is really good and prices are extremely affordable. Burgdorf has some great eateries, but it was missing an Aki kind of place. Great Sushi and Poke Bowls and Dumplings. Also a good online ordering service on their website for click&collect.

This place is amazing, and while I don’t usually trust when a restaurant has multiple specialties, I got sushi and momos AND I got a Thai noodle dish. I still don’t know how I finished. Everything was delicious & homemade. Service can be slow, but super duper friendly - and at one point I noticed the server running back into the kitchen after hopping off a bike - so he‘d been doing a delivery as well. The crowd seems to be locals who also love it, and people from other tables were helping as well, which gave it a very cozy vibe. I spent some cash here, but I definitely ate enough for 2 people to comfortably enjoy. 🤪Will definitely come back next time I am in Burgdorf!

Warm restaurant in the old town of Burgdorf - definitely worth a visit! The owner is very friendly and a sushi master. In addition to the Japanese favorite dish, there are also many other delicacies to eat.

Can't judge the food, were only there for a beer and a glass of white wine, the prices were exorbitant: beer 6 Fr, wine 7 Fr!!

Great sushi place. Shame there are not more people. Ideal for a small group, I would say a bit quiet if you’re on a date.

When I ordered for the first time, the delivery arrived at 10:35 p.m. instead of 6 p.m. - but then it was no longer accepted. Today the delivery time took 2 hours and 25 minutes - instead of 40-60 minutes - and it arrived incomplete. Really bad service. Doesn't work at all. Sushi would have tasted okay - but with the consistency of sprinkles. Fell apart in all directions.

incredibly delicious food and large portions. good selection of dishes, not too much. Everything is freshly prepared, including the sushi. you can see the whole kitchen and its cleanliness. Price-performance ratio is completely right. Small and homely restaurant with friendly staff. This is my second time here and I'm still pleasantly surprised. and at the end I received a bottle of sake as a gift :-)

The Pad Tai was completely ok. Possibly If it was because of the European orientation, it could have been spicier. The portion is perfect for a business lunch, if you're hungry and looking forward to waiting for your order at home after a tiring day, the quantity won't fill you up. I thank you for the experience

Found this treasure place in the quiet old city of Burgdorf. Very tasty Asian food.We ordered Japanese sushi, Thai curry and soup. The amazing thing is food was so diversified at the same time each type of food were super good. Very reasonable price too! If you like delicious Asian kitchen and looking for friendly service and good price then you definitely got the right place!

I recently had a flyer in the mailbox, so we thought, great, we'll test it out. Delivery was a bit complicated because it was larger, but everything was there. When the delivery came there wasn't the 20% promised on the flyer because that was apparently only valid for collection! But it wasn't written that way. Regardless, they then rounded the amount down from 215 to 200 and so it was more or less satisfactory. The quality of the food was very good, it was very tasty and we will order again without the 20%.

Tried different dishes and everything was delicious!

We really liked it, 6/6. We had sushi, spicy shrimp soup, massaman curry and red curry. The sushi was very fresh and tasty, the soup was nice and spicy, and the curry was very hearty. Very fair prices. Friendly family business and great outdoor terrace, child-friendly with a forecourt.

Today was my first time at Aki but definitely not the last time. The sushi was fresh and delicious. The ramen is also extremely tasty and nutritious. I'm happy that there is finally a Japanese restaurant in Burgdorf with delicious dishes at good prices. I can only recommend.

It was surprisingly good. We ordered the homemade gyozas (beef), ramen (beef) and ramen (tofu) to take away. The gyozas are the best I've ever eaten. The filling was perfectly seasoned and nicely seared on the outside. We will definitely order again just because of the gyozas. Ramen with tofu was ok, unfortunately too bland for my taste. Some vegetables are not “ramen-typical” (e.g. mini corn) which I don’t care about. Ramen with beef, on the other hand, was very tasty. The broth was very tasty. It could do with a little more vegetables and/or pasta. There is a very large selection, probably too large. However, the meat is from Switzerland, which is very important. However, the duck from China...that doesn't work at all. I can warmly recommend the homemade gyozas to everyone!

Eat very well. There are various dishes from Asia. Sushi, Momo's and Thai food 👍👍👍
