For the second time I go for an ice cream. The first time I thought the seller had had a bad day and... never mind. On the second tour I can confirm that it's not a bad day, but that kindness isn't really their strong point. It's a shame, because the ice cream is very good (the portion is a little small and the price is expensive).

3 stars for the food because I was there for an aperitif event, however excellent appetizers and ladies of the place available!

If I have to be honest, the manager advises her to change jobs! While for its products and everything else there is nothing to say👍

Every time I pass by I stop to enjoy the excellent ice creams and excellent pastas

A shame !!! My children and I went for breakfast about a month ago! The thin blonde lady while we were having breakfast with my children! He rudely sent us away from the place telling us to leave and move immediately! How sad! Ps the lady is not the first time she has behaved very rudely but this time she exaggerated. The guy working saw everything and gave us a discount. (the boy works well and is always very kind and professional. Like the lady with the tail who is always very sweet. What a shame. We never set foot again.

The ice creams are especially good and prices in line with Ticino (perhaps slightly above average). The "ginger" flavor is very good and is difficult to find in other ice cream shops...

Very friendly, kind and helpful staff in a typically Italian welcoming atmosphere. Excellent pastries and good coffee were the aspects that make me recommend this place for breakfast or for a good snack even with the little ones.

Excellent as usual. Excellent breakfasts with pretty much everything. The blonde lady is always so kind and nice. Obviously excellent quality ice creams. Impeccable service. Parking available but not many spaces. Tables both inside and outside. Highly recommended.

Good morning to those who read my reviews. This pastry-ice cream shop is the most beautiful in Mendrisiotto, where everything is truly excellent! From cakes, to ice creams, to croissants filled at the moment, either with jam or with vanilla or chocolate cream!!! Even the coffees has a robust aroma, unlike others that seem like a rinse!! The staff is also delightfully kind and friendly! I give it a 5 ✨! 😍 I just wanted to add that for a short time there was a very young waitress who was quite unsympathetic!

Lots of choice of ice creams, always fresh and delicious. The semifreddos are excellent and the cakes are excellent!

The ice cream is truly made to perfection with quality raw materials. It's very tasty. The flavors of the fruits are noticeable and are not completely covered by the cream despite being pleasantly creamy. I would say they are very creamy but not greasy! What I like so much is how it is preserved. In tanks with lids. It gives me the idea that they work in a very methodical, clean and hygienic way.

Passing by the ice cream shop -9 on Thursday 24.8 and Friday 25.8.2017 at 9.40/9.45 pm, we found the ice cream shop closed! I remember that you have a time that goes until 10.00/11.00 pm. You weren't on holiday because there was no sign and on Saturday 8/26 you were open in the afternoon, I had seen people driving by!!
