I took a 4 cheese… The pizza was dry like a ciabatta (strange for a 4 cheese).. never again!! I recommend getting a pre-packaged pizza which is of the same level.

3 times in a row I ordered pizza or sandwich, you are told in 10..15.. min it is ready. You go there after the time he told you and it hasn't even been prepared yet. Then while you're there waiting, after having already waited 15 minutes he tells you: I'll do it for you right away!! But sorry.. rather tell me in 20.. 25 minutes it's ready, one can adjust right?! Anyway, that's not the way to treat customers, especially if one has commitments or anything else! It's not serious. I understand that it happens once... but three times in a row... maybe not! Passable product quality.

I took a classic Margherita, the pizza looked nice, but unfortunately in my opinion the mozzarella seemed "chewy" and the pizza "seemed" to be cooked in the microwave given the softness of the dough.

Let me start by saying that I am a lover of real Neapolitan pizza (that is, super light soggy pizza, etc., and very few can make it). After this, I tried the pizza twice, the rocket, mascarpone and carpaccio... Unfortunately the first time the meat was frozen, in fact it was good, but not the best unfortunately... I came back some time later always getting the same pizza and I was really impressed! It's not the classic Neapolitan pizza so to speak, but speaking of the Biasca area they are definitely in first place! I hope soon that other sales points will open in the valley too, so that I can order it from all over Blenio.

The pizza is divine, my favorite! 🤩 It's a shame that lately I'm always late with the delivery compared to the scheduled time (more than an hour late!!!). I called after 30 minutes to ask if they had forgotten and they told me that it would arrive in a maximum of 15 minutes, but instead I waited another 35 minutes. I didn't like the attitude as they told me they had many orders but not even a shred of apology.

Unfortunately, it is regularly delayed by up to half an hour. A pity!

Once I had sandwiches worth over 50.- Francs delivered... I dared to ask if I could have A stamp put on my pizza card... I was rudely told that (since they weren't pizzas) they would have put no stamp on me!!!! Okay, okay.. it was just the gesture... Never commanded anything again!!!!! And yes, at work we order at least once a week from another Take Away... too bad for you... as a matter of principle you have lost some excellent customers!!!
