They were too slow and forgot about us. The drink came 30 minutes after ordering. It smelled like mold there.

Avoid the temptation to try this place. Location - arguably the most visible in Klosters. We had two main dishes. Sauce on one dish unduly salty. Other dish overcooked in part, undercooked in another part. Underwhelming taste. Lacking in freshness. Service: very poor. And the server made clear he expected a tip - which was not forthcoming. Disappointed that I wasted my evening and money in this restaurant. Klosters has so much better to offer.

Should stick to pizza. Everything else covered in salt! Massively overpriced fish tasted like it had been coked from frozen. Not fresh.

All delicious. Italian restaurant whose taste suits the Indonesian tongue. the tomato soup is delicious and fresh, the spaghetti bolognese is topped with lots of minced meat, the spaghetti agiolio also tastes OK, the salty and spicy is just right. for quite large portions

Best Pizza in town… Once you are in Klosters you need to visit Restaurant Pizzeria Al Capone. Important note: make sure you do reserve in advance - this place is not full, it is packed during peak season. Excellence choices of Pizza and Pasta and the Pizza is huge!

Very delicious and perfect food. The friendly and fast service is very satisfactory. The portions are so big that it seems impossible to finish it... It is a very central restaurant on the mountain slope, close to the train station. The interior is very tastefully decorated and it is a privilege to be able to eat outside. It is a place that appeals to the eyes and the stomach at the same time.

Great restaurant… whether as a family with 5 children or dinner for two. The quality of the food is always good (we've been going for almost 3 years). Waiting times depend on the season. The hosts and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Price-performance is absolutely right. There are rather large portions that you have to decide what to order because it's really good food, but you can also take it with you if it was too much. Absolutely recommended and a top address for Klosters, where a lot is geared towards monetary tourism - even with children.

We were in the restaurant with 2 small children and ordered pizzas. These were very tasty and the staff was friendly. The waiting time was okay for lunch.

I'm here for the second time and would love to come back. THE Pizza Napoli is good, good wine list. ESPRESSO and tiramisu are also good. Also the service. In addition, the prices are fair.

The hospitality is warm, somewhat peculiar, but authentic. You are warmly welcomed, especially as a family. Whether there are a few people or full, the quality of service is weak and very easy. The ambience inside could use an upgrade, there is definitely still potential. The negative point is the lack of diaper changing options for fathers.

A little bit lacking in everything whether it's food quality or service. Ordered Bruschetta and Geschnetzelte Kalbsleber mit Rösti. It was OK. And may be I was expecting more so they were just average. And the food just arrived so fast it felt a bit like fast food.

i visited this pizzeria with my family and was harshly disappointed. When we arrived the customer service was terrible and the staff were disrespectful. the quality of the food was poor and overpriced. i wouldnt recommend this as it is more of an american take on pizza(very fatty and greasy).

The food was good. As a starter we had bruschetta, I had sliced ​​veal liver and my children (both 11 years old) had spaghetti Bolognese and a margarita pizza. So now to the service: It can't be that the waiter lectures my son *just* because he raised the glass and the waiter then spilled the cola. Suddenly his tone changed... I didn't want to cause a scene in front of my children. It's a shame because we won't be entering the restaurant again as long as this waiter is working there.

I always eat here during the WEF. Like the pizza and the food there. The ambience is also great. Unfortunately I had to wait a long time for my drink and had to ask 3 times. But that can happen. Otherwise, I look forward to this beautiful restaurant every year.

Was looking for a quick bite to eat and ended up here. Wasn't in the mood for what looked like great pizza. Got pasta and risotto. Surprisingly good. Was a nice find. Swiss prices but solid food. 2023 update: Every year now we come back. Food and service still solid. Great place.

A nice restaurant with lots of tables and still enough distance. The Gotschna pizza was very good. The dessert is also a fine ice cream coup, very tasty. The staff attentive and friendly.

Especially when you walk in and the "old" lady simulates a full restaurant by spending 5 minutes on a PC checking whether we have space. No other guests showed up during the entire evening ;). Our waiter was very cheerful, but with a strange sense of humor that you have to understand. The pizzas and dessert tasted very good, so I would go there again. Thanks for that.

Since we couldn't find any other restaurant open, we chose this one. And we were pleasantly surprised. The Spaghetti Aglio e Olio was the best we had. Highly Recommended

The food was good. Not wow but quite ok. The service was rather slow and unfriendly. The wine was undrinkable and fortunately it was exchanged. I recommend coming to the table with the bottle and letting the guest try it. Next to the restaurant there is a bar where smoking is permitted. The rooms are separated by a door, but since this door opens every now and then and I had a place near this door, my clothes smelled of smoke.

We were a bit skeptical at first because there were a lot of people due to several local events that evening and it was very crowded at and around the tables. But the food was absolutely top class; the salad, the sauce, the pizza...everything is the finest. The service was also friendly and attentive. We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to the next time. Keep it up!

Keller very friendly. The edge of my pizza was on the borderline from crispy to hard 😅 My girlfriend's was perfect. Reservations are highly recommended, the restaurant was very busy. Accordingly, the children also ran around. We were there on a Saturday at around 7:00 p.m.

Ambience a bit noisy when it's full, otherwise very homely with the real flowers. Dogs are welcome. The food was delicious, only one dish was very salty, which was communicated in a neutral, friendly manner. Dealing with it was bumpy and uncomfortable for me. All in all it would actually be a 4.75

Food was excellent. You can tell that cooking is done with love. Everything was delicious. The service was friendly and quick. I was only interested in the respective producers and vintages on the wine list. We'll be happy to come back, thank you very much. :-)

This is a racist restaurant with overpriced food that requires some salt to be able to swallow it down. The waiter refused to serve us, would not look at us and finally was extremely aggressive when I was trying to pay. In the meantime, he was smiling and kind to the other white customers.

Very fine cuisine with a classic selection of Italian dishes. Pizzas good - dough in my opinion rather under-fermented and not airy. But the taste is great. Other recipes are convincing and are authentically seasoned. Very friendly and helpful hosts, extra requests are never a problem. The employees alone are a reason to come back. The only detraction is the high prices in relation to the sometimes meager portions, especially for the salads. Otherwise nothing to complain about. Will come again.

The food was not bad but they charged 9 francs for a bottle of tab water, served in a « karaffe ». (A decanter) We were 4 people and asked for 3 bottles, we payed 27 francs for tab water. We were left with a hung jaw.

Unbelievably rude service with waiters rolling eyes when we didn't order alcohol. The food was a grossly overpriced equivalent of frozen Italian range at tesco's. And we were also charged 6chf for tap water (!!) Because " you didn't order any other drinks". Definitely stay away.

A good, simple pizzeria. We've had pizza for takeaway before and this time we had lunch here. The portions are very large (e.g. the Cordon Bleu daily menu). The pizzas are freshly prepared and we ate something quickly. Tiptop.

The food is good (we ordered pizza and chocolate mousse). However, the service is a different story. The waitress goes around the tables coughing and without a face mask - all of this in covid times. She pushes the guests to order more - and we heard that not only at our table. Dessert card handed in without even asking if we feel like having it.The cherry on the top was when we asked if we can pay and the waitress replied "yes I hope so!". This is peculiar sense of humour, or maybe it wasn't even a joke (???).
