I wanted to eat there with my friend, but unfortunately I had a very bad dining experience and had diarrhea!!! So bad never again!!

The food tastes excellent every time, great service, great service. The quality is always right, even in stressful situations. And a big thank you goes to the boss, who always prepares fresh green tea for us with fresh mint and tastes excellent every time. I can only recommend it and it is very hygienic. We have eaten or picked up food at Al Mouchtar several times. Here you can get authentic Lebanese cuisine. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated. It's also not hygienic if you prepare food and collect money with the same gloves... It's a shame, because the service is incredibly friendly and warm. The local prices are extremely fair, but if you order via justeat, the prices are significantly higher and, in my opinion, not justified.

Best food in Winterthur. The service was super nice, the food was quick and the quality was great. Come here at least once a week and have never been disappointed. Shawarma is much better than any kebab in Winterthur. The mezze plate is also highly recommended!

I ordered the exact same thing as a friend who payed 9.- literally a couple of seconds before I ordered. I even said „for me the exact same thing“. For some reason the guy at the counter then wanted 10.- from me and didn’t understand anything I asked (English or German) as to why mine would cost more… after a couple tries I just gave up. Should’ve turned around then tbh We then waited a good while even though the place was quite empty. The food was actually good though which is why it gets the 3 stars but I won’t return. Edit 27.01.2023: since Google doesn't let me simply answer the restaurants comment to this review, I edited this post in regards to their comment: I have not had anything to drink. As posted before, I ordered THE EXACT same thing as my friend who payed 9.- and I had to pay 10.- ...

Great food for affordable prices (don't get me wrong), but you can expect to either wait a good little while, have your order messed up or have it forgotten altogether. Even worse, I've tried ordering online through eat.ch 3 times and I managed to receive an order once, and even then, there was a huge delay so everything ended up all mushy and gross. Recommended if you catch a time where it's not too busy (12:00-12:45 is off limits, go figure), but otherwise, be prepared to wait and make sure to repeat your exact order while they're preparing it.

30 minutes late. Never had such bad fries. The fries were not salted and no longer crispy. A few holes would have been good for the packaging. Meat was ok and vegetables but way too much. All in all just not good enough for the price. Quantity instead of quality. Had the mix plate. My dog ​​thought it was good.
