Wonderful incredible places to do with the Bernina red train

A beautiful place where you can see a large part of Puschlav. A beautiful view of the glacier mountains, especially Pitz Palü. The hotel restaurant serves Graubünden specialties such as Capuns. Supper good. Every time I stop at the TCS Camping in Samedan/Muragl, I take the Rätische Bahn to Bernina Hospitz and hike to Alp Grüm. Supper cuisine and very friendly staff.

You must take a break while mountain biking or hiking in the area. They offer incredible coffee and teas, along with the most delicious cakes.

Alp Grüm railway station, Switzerland. One of the stages of our adventure on the Bernina Red Train. Here you will find a small waiting room (in winter it is a salvation), a refreshment point (closed for the whole month of November until the first ten days of December), and the lake in the valley which freezes in winter (not visible in case of heavy snow). The landscape and the red photo frame are a great pastime if you decide to get off at this stop while waiting for the next train. Very suggestive place at 2091 meters above sea level in the Swiss Alps.

By train from Tirano to St. Moritz, it is worth getting off at the Alp Grum station to admire the beautiful views

Alp Grüm is a very special place. From there you can take the train or walk down to Val Poschiavo. This place is not accessible by car.

Again very nice stay. Unfortunately, a week at Alp Grüm is coming to an end. Thank you for everything.

Returned to this place today after about 10 years. Very friendly and competent service, fine food at very moderate prices and an incredible view. A great place! We will be back!

Today we used our 30-minute stay on Alp Grüm to drink a coffee and eat a piece of cake. Not only was it very tasty, but the lady also welcomed and served us in a very friendly manner. The prices are also very humane. I would stop off at Alp Grüm again straight away!

The food was great, caramelized chestnuts with game meat (venison) not forgetting mushroom soup and fennel seed bread.
