I think it's a shame that almost all of the 1 star reviews here are without comments, but I don't understand it either, I think people are confusing things, you probably go to Migros and see an Alpine cheese, Churer Speck, or Mostbröckli with the Graubünden coat of arms on it and think that all meat and cheese comes from Alphüssli. I tried this meat for the first time at a fair in October 2022 and the taste is simply great, the best meat ever. I will also be making my first online order at the end of March 23rd. Because it is indescribably delicious. I've never had such good meat in terms of taste and quality. I tried a lot of different butchers or farmers who have meat specialties. But for me, Alphüssli has the best meat in Switzerland and also good quality, beautifully tender. I was extremely surprised when I tried it for the first time. So please to everyone who has never eaten from there, don't go to Migros and buy an Alpine bacon or Churer Mostbröckli and then take out your frustration here, that's not fair. Buy here and then you can complain if it doesn't fit, but the goods in Migros don't come from Alphüssli. So that would be new to me. I can only recommend trying it, for me it's the best and now that I know it, it's always good for holidays or birthdays as a small aperitif 😌

In Migros you can buy products from this company, for example the so-called “finest Engadine cake with almond filling” for an impressive CHF 16.95 for the not very large tart. I have never eaten such a disgusting pastry in my life, an absolute disaster and scandal, not even if I were paid to eat it would I ever eat it again and I love pastries, cakes and tarts. I almost had to throw up here. It actually just tastes like sugar. With the best will in the world, you won't notice that there should be something else in it. I threw half away. Absolutely inedible. What's even more cheeky is that the cake costs CHF 16.95 and yet the whole egg inside is from free-range farming, i.e. from quality farming. Conclusion: If the Engadin really tastes like that, I will never want to go there again.

Luckily I don't have to work in a company like this under these conditions

Just loved the Schweinsfilet getrocknet mit Kreuter and the Lombo, it's tender, melts in your mouth to then reveal its fantastic taste,😜and for dessert the Rötelitorte, for fruit(cherry) and nut cases an absolute must, so delicious too🤩
