At the Alpwirtschaft Roggenloch you will receive a very, very warm welcome. The host family is very uncomplicated and flexible and will fulfill almost every wish. The food is extremely well cooked and the children who live here seem incredibly content and happy. We will be back. Thank you very much for everything.

Nice place on the wayside. It's just a shame that there's no mention of the fact that a lot of things there are Bud-certified. Paying with TWINT is possible.

We spent one night in a double room. The renovation from 2017 was very successful! It is very homely with lots of wood, but modern and fresh at the same time. As well as a modern bathroom with shower. The staff was extremely friendly. The dinner was hearty and good. There is a great playground and toys for children. Highly recommended.

The Alpwirtschaft Roggenloch is a wonderful place with a warm operating family. They were very friendly and even offered my hiking group drinks after opening time. The operator took the time to have an extensive conversation, which we really enjoyed. The alpine restaurant is authentic and has a beautiful outdoor terrace. Highly Recommended!

The whole thing is run by a really very friendly and extremely warm family, where even the children help out a little and it really warms your heart when you are allowed to stop by. The task is to provide very friendly information on certain questions about the places and the mountains in the area and of course the view and the whole area is really unique and we have definitely visited it for the first time and in our opinion there couldn't have been a nicer trip than there !

Small but nice. The interior is quite small, but in good weather there is plenty of space outside. and RACLETTE after a hike is always good!

Cozy little pub. Unfortunately, the generator is a bit loud and smells, and the ice cream is a bit overpriced. But it was very friendly and I enjoyed the beautiful, loving flower decorations.

Comfortable for a break in this idyllic landscape

Unfortunately, the Pragelpass is currently only open at certain, short times. So we hiked up the mountain on foot, then through the wonderful Bödmerenwald to the Roggenloch alpine farm. 4 hours up, 3 hours down. A delicious, homemade potato salad, the warm service in the alpine restaurant and the wonderful nature were worth every minute.

A rustic piece of Switzerland. Very authentic! Every Sunday in summer, people from the area meet here for music and dancing. The Ober Roggenloch restaurant nearby is also recommended.

Very friendly and attentive service. Menus of impeccable quality and price. Motorcyclists are warmly welcome there. It's a shame that the innkeepers are only there this season. A bitter loss!

Always happy to be up here, there is good food, friendly service and you can also buy cheese. For hiking in one of the 'nearby' most beautiful areas of Switzerland (my opinion) with Silbern, Pragelpass etc. But as always, that's a matter of taste!! In the summer and on weekends there is a lot of traffic over Pragel via Klöntalersee or vice versa, so be careful on the narrow, winding road - everyone (bicycles, motorbikes, residents and yes even buses and motorhomes and cars) has the right to drive up and down here, so respect others you are not the only ones here!!

Friendly staff, good rural and home-cooked food. Fresh cream, Nidle, whipped cream, fresh mountain cheese (also via d'Gass) Great buffalo meat and sausage..... just a good friendly restaurant in the middle of the Bärge (Pragelpass Schwyzer Site) 😋

Small alpine restaurant with hearty cuisine and fair prices.

Here we ate an ingenious pork steak grilled in a wood-fired oven with homemade potato salad. Very warm service and a beautiful terrace in the middle of lush nature. Here - a little away from the mass tourism at the top of the pass - the locals are still among themselves.
