Held my birthday dinner here last weekend. Unfortunately our group was split onto two tables even though we made a reservation for our group. To add to this, we were charged CHF10.50 per bottle of water that came in a carafe, not a labelled bottle but rather just a regular old carafe. In total we paid over 120 francs for water. This is not normal for Switzerland. When asked why this water costs so much, they informed me this is because they filter the water themselves. Suffice it to say, I was not impressed by this baseless statement. I would recommend that they improve their strategy on this as it left a lot of people annoyed. As someone who own a restaurant themselves, I really hope you take this as constructive feedback. Reading through the other reviews here makes me think you don’t learn/adapt, however I can only hope that you improve your services from now on. I will most likely not return nor recommend this establishment to anyone I know.

We had the fondue, which unfortunately was far too little. We got a pot of cheese with 5 people, the table next door got the same with only 2 people. But bread was brought as much as we wanted.

Food is okay but actually too expensive. They are very picky with the reservations and you still have to pay for individual missing people if you don't give them 72 hours notice, that's not what I call hospitality.
