Alters- und Pflegeheim Marienhaus in Basel

Now that I've gotten to know another house, I've only really realized how bad the working atmosphere was in the Marienhaus. The grievances that were raised are not dealt with. The lack of loyalty between the employees is desired by the management staff.

New, modern old people's and nursing home with a very good working atmosphere. Marienhaus's valuable resources are several long-standing employees, loyalty, professional experience, trust, sufficient WB/training... Our focus is on the satisfaction of the residents and their relatives, which we successfully ensure. I have worked in Marienhaus for over 30 years and can only recommend it 👍

I meet committed, long-term employees. The fact that I am called in as a mobile optician also speaks for an innovative company.

Our mother was treated very roughly and was treated very badly by the staff!! Outrageous! I will never set foot in there again!!
