My God, has anyone seen that chef 😱 kitchen without gloves and work clothes. Bad hygiene, we wanted to order with a friend, On the way to the toilet, I saw the kitchen And we left immediately.

The vegan momo‘s were delicious! We orded it together with Undon and Tempura vegetables. Service was very friendly. It’s a nice detail that the menu card lays out the story of how the restaurans owners met.

Here you can get true heart-warming udon noodles.

We've been to this place twice. The first time we tried noodles with salmon, rice with duck, the second time rice with tuna and salmon, noodles with beef and little things like dumplings, I don’t know what they’re called exactly. Overall the food is a C grade. The beef was poorly cooked, the salmon didn't go well with the noodles, or a different sauce was needed. We didn't like the dumplings with vegetables at all. The noodles were delicious and I liked the duck meat. The service is very good.

Usual Asian restaurant but it is special to be in Biel/Bienne area. Each menu is good to enjoy without any hardship for spicies. Chef is very kind.

Rude owner... we are asked to pay to park his bike!! So we instead headed towards little Punjab which is right next door. Delicious !

Super delicious food! Iced tea was refreshing. Momos were big, tasty and juicy. The udon was also very tasty. The broth was flavorful and the noodles cooked perfectly. The bowl was also delicious. It was very fresh and the sauce with it was perfect.

Tibetan and Japanese specialties. Warm and friendly welcome. We started with a beer and lemon tea with honey. I had the Miso soup as a starter. The soup was excellent. With my wife, we had a dish of Mixed Momo. Dessert: Apple gyoza with yuzu sorbet. A killing too. Pleasant atmosphere. To recommend !

Tibetan cuisine to die for. This renewal in Bienne cuisine is really pleasing and offers a range of tastes that we rarely encounter. Despite the slightly high price, the taste pleasure is always present, and when we think about the preparation time and the work required to make momos we understand that the price is accordingly. The udon soup is delicious and I find that offering a vegetarian alternative to shrimp tempura is interesting! I will come back with pleasure, also for the honey and lemon tea which sweetens even the saddest days!

Stumbled upon this place by accident, and wow what an experience! We were hungry after a day of walking and ordered a wide array of vegetarian dishes. It has been a long long time since a restaurant blew me away. But Ama fusion is the real deal! The Momo's the sushi, the edamame: amazing!! If you're in town, you have to stop at this place! Thanks for the lovely service too!

We had some momos and sushi here. Both were excellent and the sushi was generously sized. There is a good amount of vegetarian and vegan options available on the menu. The staff is lovely and the place has a nice athmosphere next to the old town of Biel.
