A nice hotel that is a bit hidden, with good service and staff. Nicely decorated corridors from the elevator to the room. The rooms are well equipped with a television, mini fridge and bar.

A great hotel. As soon as you walk in, you get a very good impression. The hotel lobby is already furnished with plenty of seating. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms could be a bit larger but are otherwise well furnished. We felt comfortable throughout our stay and would love to come back!

Very clean and modern hotel. Would only recommend if you plan to just sleep here and leave. Day time front desk staff are on point. They are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff were also pleasant. Can’t say the same for night shift front desk staff. The guy was never at the desk and when he was and we would ask him something he was too busy on his phone or something else to where he straight up acted like we didn’t exist. Continuing on with the bad… Only two complaints about the hotel. The lobby smelled like a cigarette ash tray. I guess hotel staff and guests are allowed to smoke literally right outside the front entrance. It was really off putting that I had to walk thru a cloud of smoke every time I entered and exited the hotel. The smell also traveled into the lobby and was very strong. During the night shift we asked the male front desk agent for some air freshener or if we could open up some windows or doors because the lobby smelled like cigarette smoke and he acted like if there was nothing wrong. This front desk agent was one of the ones smoking In front of the hotel entrance and letting all the smoke in. Apparently he didn’t get the hint that we wanted air freshener because of him. Hotel owners or managers. If you are reading this and care…. Tell your staff not to smoke right in front of the main hotel doors. I know you can’t control guests but you can ask them to go further off to the side to smoke. Maybe move the chairs, benches, and ashtrays further to the side of the building. The second complaint is about the restaurant. My friends and I walked into a clearly not so busy evening at the restaurant and woman who appeared to be the manager said there is only limited seating and seating at the bar. She was kind of rude about it and went on with her work and left us wondering where to go. There was no solution to us wanting to sit down and eat. So we provided a solution and pointed out a few tables that were empty and the lady said that the table was reserved. So we asked if a table that somebody just got up from was available and she said that that section was not available as it was only for breakfast. We clearly watched people having dinner at those tables. We ended up leaving to go eat somewhere else and when we returned there were people sitting in the space having dinner where we asked to be seated that was apparently closed for breakfast only. This was disappointing. Too bad I guess it’s their loss we ended up going to Rossini just a 2 minute walk from the hotel and the food options and service was way better then what we experienced at the restaurant in the hotel. The hotel restaurant is rated high but not deserving of its rating. I’ll be sure to rate it on other platforms as well.

We just loved the location , and specially the service. Staff was very kind to give us available rooms for early check in. Nice clean rooms.will definitely come again and surely will recommend too.

It's a very clean hotel. The staff at the front desk and on the phone are very warm and professional. The room and toilet are very clean! The room provides free welcome sparkling water and all drinks and coffee in the Mini Bar are also provided for free! It's rare to find such a generous and thoughtful hotel! Bought the Mountain View room for my fiancée birthday and they must up the booking so I only got the Mountain View room for two days instead of 3, was very disappointed. Once we got the room the view was nice! Staff were okay, didn’t tell us about certain things and to be honest didn’t make things clear like the mini bar being free. Location is great for exploring however. Luzern was gorgeous.

Managed to check in before 3pm, probably because it’s off peak season. Check in was smooth. There is 1 bottle of Sparkling water in room. We didn’t like that & reception replaced it with Still water, which is very nice of them. We enquired about hot water, since hotel don’t provide that, staff offered a kettle, delivered to the room. Very good service indeed 👍 The bed is comfy, room is clean & housekeeping is very polite too. Very happy to stay here. Recommend to stay here when you are in Luzern.

Great spot in Lucern. The service was very good, kind and knowledgeable in every way. Both parking, main tourist sights and shopping locations were right there at 50-300m away. Very clean and modern rooms and interiors. Restaurant service was a little junior and the meals a bit simple, but that's clearly related to strict policies in times of Covid-19, so we could understand. Value for Money was amazing! We will definitely recommend the Flora Ameron to any friends visiting Luzern in the future.
