Excellent coffee roastery with very friendly owners. The price-performance ratio is unsurpassed. The coffee is particularly suitable for espresso and cappuccino. The lighter roasts fit perfectly on my La Pavoni hand lever machine. The balanced mix of Arabica and Robusta reliably creates a beautiful crema.

As a Buttikon coffee lover, I of course support our local roastery and drink ANSARO coffee regularly. My personal favorite: Miracolo. It tastes great as espresso from the portafilter machine. But I can also only recommend ANSARO.

What can I say about the coffee other than simply fantastic. Super delicious coffee from March. People know how to roast coffee.
