Perfect. The bread is made by hand. A plus would be to have the meat and the fries made by hand.

Arc-en-Ciel is one of the best kebab shops in Neuchatel. The quality is above average for Switzerland and the prices are reasonable. There is usually a TV running, showing football if they are any games live on Swiss TV.

Kebab too spicy, even after asking for a little bit of heat! I asked for less toppings, they didn’t even lower the price! They don’t know how to express themselves, so they don’t understand…. Really busted (I would like to say that without the sauce the kebab and ok)

It was for me and other acquaintances the best kebab in Neuchâtel until the day the kebab meat changed but it still remains a good kebab restaurant, there are several things to eat and prices for them. students because not far from several schools and universities and also the Pourtalès hospital opposite, the staff is welcoming, helpful and warm, the prices are correct and the dishes are really well presented and well served! To recommend !

I had a lady and she was generous with the amount of meat in my order. The sauces were good. I will come back soon.

Arriving randomly in the area, we saw this kebab and we stopped to eat. Excellent food, my cordon bleu a real delight! Delicious fries! The owners are rays of sunshine, smiling and super welcoming to everyone! People like that do so much good! Stop by without hesitation!

We ordered 3 superb pizzas, they are delicious and the dough is crispy and soft at the same time. Partons are extraordinary people full of kindness. Recommended at 200% and above they deliver.😍😍😍

Very good kebab and very very friendly service. The owner is humble but perfectionist, his wife very warm and so attentionate. My "go to" option for evening kebab. Decent pizzas as well and turkish beers (Efes) for the fans. Outoor seating and good indoor accomodation (clean and spacious).

Being used to stopping by Ali's after the day of pétanque with colleagues. Ali who is, I remind you, the best kebab chef. Unfortunately, at Arc-en-Ciel I was not able to find the same emotion as in Ali's kebab. Of course after only 20 minutes of waiting I expected a better relationship: customer <-> kebab. The garnish is not really prepared, I had the impression that the food had a plastic taste, however I was careful not to eat the pieces of plastic from the fork which crumbled on my plate . I also took the liberty of asking for a knife to cut the meat which had been slightly burnt, the plate being made of polystyrene with a melting temperature of 240°C, creating a hole in my plate unfortunately pierces the table and creates a hole in floor. The chef solved the problem by placing another polystyrene plate over the hole. Unfortunately, I haven't heard anything from the floor. In the end a very bad experience, the friends and I left very quickly equipped with our walkers.

Kebab not too bad comparing to other nearby places. Atmosphere is simple but Ok.
