Artebianca sagl in Lugano

I'm not one to leave reviews, especially bad ones, but this time I felt like it was more than needed.First of all I had called to book a table and since it was raining I was expecting they'd put us on a table that's covered, when we got there there was one maybe two tables not covered (mind alll the covered ones were empty) and they told us to sit there. The servers didn't care if it would have started raining while we were eating. Of course we just left. The worst thing about this wasn't only that but how the servers talked to us. Never heard someone talk in such a disrespectful to me. Since I'm already complaining about this I'll also mention that the quality of the food in general and service decreased a lot from our first to last visit there, which is a shame for the price point.They also removed most of the vegetarian options (which ingredients are also used in most of other dishes) and last time I went there they weren't able to put together a decent vegetarian sushi, which made me believe that they have the things pre made. I don't know about you but this isn't considered a luxurious or even nice restaurant.I'm very disappointed.

Ein kleines Hotel, aber mit Sitzgelegenheiten außerhalb entlang einer voll klein Fußgängerzone. Der Service ist durchschnittlich für diese Gegend, da sind die Preise normal hoch Drink in der Schweiz.

It is no longer at number 23, it has been closed for a while now, now it is the Griilo bar, exceptional in everything, top notch cleanliness... super delicious dishes, always different, even aperitifs, DOC.... the owner is kind and helpful. .I would say everything is excellent.

Conosciamo il locale da anni. Sappiamo cosa è meglio ordinare e cosa evitare. Per questo ci torniamo almeno un paio di volte durante le vacanze. Buona la pizza, ottimi gli ingredienti e cotta bene nel loro forno a legna. Buona la pasta fresca. Buonissima la focaccia bianca con alici, capperi, olive e origano. Quest'anno mi è piaciuta anche la seppia alla griglia. Buoni gli antipasti (crocchette, arancini e patatine) anche se scarsi nelle porzioni ma, con i prezzi che hanno, basta ordinare un piatto in più. Se decidete di andare, fatelo senza troppe pretese. I prezzi sono bassi.
