ARTIST, Hotel & Restaurant in Biel/Bienne

This is the second time we've eaten there. Like the first time, it was incredibly good. Fun and super cool team. See you next time :)

I was able to exhibit my work in the in-house gallery and am absolutely thrilled with the entire atmosphere of the restaurant.

The food was damn delicious! The service was nice but a bit imprecise; despite the TicTacToe selection sheet being filled out beforehand, it wasn't always entirely clear at the end who should get what in a large group. I can't rate the rooms because we only ate there. The location is convenient, you can hardly find a parking space at the hotel itself, but the Gurzelen parking lot is about 3 minutes away. Footpath away.

Pleasant hotel, very friendly staff. The accommodation was very clean, impeccable for a short stay. Evening dinner was good but not very filling for big eaters. The lunch lacked cold meats as a negative point.

Best place to stay in Biel at an affordable price. Location, cleanliness, service and everything is on point. The staff is very cooperative!

Correct room, single bed too small but acceptable for 1-2 nights (Tissot exams yourself you know) No road/car noise in the room, blackout curtains, no stray lights during the night. Bathroom not luxurious but also decent and clean. Be careful of the steps on the stairs as they are not all the same size. Location: Quite close to the Tissot Arena (but the Mercure is better and there is a breakfast buffet plus a great bar!) Breakfast to absolutely avoid!!! Book hanging on the bedroom doorknob the night before! The breakfast at the price of 14.- was therefore NOT FRESH! (see photos) 14.- for: - Bun - Seed roll - Balisto with seeds - Jam - Cheese - Apple -Granini And it's impossible to have lunch on the ground floor because all the doors are locked! Mandatory to have lunch in the room or leave the hotel!! Obviously the staff don't give you this kind of information!!

Great hotel with great food and friendly staff.

As guests of the Omega, we ate a very delicious lunch here as a group. The shape around the Anruchte is new for me and very likeable. Highly recommended!

Facial looks from the service staff are not curbed and there is no respect for guests, several things are accused and the food is bad, rice is not cooked properly, the food is presented terribly. It's a shame at such prices.
