Ascott Hotel & Restaurant in Küttigen

A classic hotel near the center. Some things would already be for reconstruction.

Great hotel! Clean, calm, close to the parc for morninge runs. Staff are very friendly. Beds are confortable (the pillow was too soft for my taste). I had dinner at the hotel restauranr which was really tasty. Restaurant have a nice terrasse. Not many choice at the breakfast but (good) coffee was made by the staff

In lack of a campground nearby we had no luck searching accommodation on-line. We went to the tourist information, and a friendly lady got us a room here. Parking was spacious, reception was polite. After our walk to the city we had a sundowner at the hotel restaurant. The waiter was very friendly and super attentive. Nice view from the terasse. The only thing we missed a little bit, was that there are two elevators until you reach the room from parking. Cumbersome with heavy luggage.

Geographical location, you have to walk approx. 12 minutes from city center or take the bus a few stops. The interior is pleasant, self-service coffee machine and tea are available in a corner of the corridor. Breakfast is served in the restaurant where its environment is friendly.

Super friendly staff and very tasty food. The vegi burger is awesome, you don't miss the meat at all and the fries are fresh and crispy. The salad is fresh with a fine sauce. We will be back :-)

A very nice and small hotel. The service is great! And the breakfast was very tasty and varied. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to go to Aarau. The city center is about 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bus. Thank you again for the great service!

We had lunch in the restaurant. The staff and service were totally friendly. There would be 5 stars for that. I also liked the communication regarding lunch menus. Unfortunately, the food wasn't up to par. Among other things, the boiled potatoes were undercooked, hard and therefore inedible. The feedback was given. I wouldn't have charged for this menu. And depending on availability, an alternative is offered as quickly as possible in the interests of the customer.
