Atelier in Thun

The service is excellent. The cocktails are even better. To add to the atmosphere, a story is told with every cocktail, literally.

The Atelier is one of my favorite bars! Is a more upscale atmosphere. Age average higher than other bars. The drinks are really great! The Atelier team has won many different awards, which you also notice as a customer. 🏆 The billiard table in the back room is particularly cool! 🎱 The only point of criticism: Even if the bar is very busy, the bouncer could sometimes turn customers away with nicer words.

Excellent cocktails! The waiters give us very good advice if you don't know what to choose. The atmosphere is subdued with a little music, great!

No, we didn't eat anything. Except a few nuts. We have drunk. In the bar of bars par excellence. It doesn't get any better. The motto there is “accompanied drinking”. And so it is. Top advice. Creative, individual. And an ambience in this cellar vault that is second to none but will never be found. We've been there twice and when we're back in Thun, we've already scheduled this visit.

Thanks to the boss, I now know that Gandalf is over 37,000 years old.

This bar has a soul!! The staff is very professional and signed cocktail are very good... It's no wonder they're full of awards for the best bar and the best bartender. Strong recommendation...

It's not just a bar, it's THE BAR. The cellar itself exudes a lot of charm, which, thanks to the skilful interior design and lighting, becomes the perfect location for chilled out moments. The Atelier Classic Bar team impresses with its charm and expertise. Even a “simple drink” becomes an absolute experience for the senses. Top address and always worth a visit.

We have been few times here to have cocktails. They do excellent cocktails, banksy, pisco sour, pisco sour twisted, all very good. Very friendly-professional people and cool interior.

The atmosphere is wonderful, the ambiance is perfect, there is an incredible variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. They have a menu as thick as a book, but frankly, I found the menu incomprehensible. Signature cocktails all have a story and maybe that's what makes this place different. The owner and the gentleman serving are very friendly. You can also go here with pets and children. We tried 2 types of cocktails and we liked them very much, I definitely recommend them.

Very cool and trendy bar in the old town, in a “cellar” that would probably have a lot of stories to tell… Staff extremely attentive and friendly. Seems to be a popular meeting place. Pool table in the back room. Very good drinks menu.

The non-alcoholic drink was described stimulatingly on the menu and served in a friendly manner. I didn't expect the pleasant touch. The ambience is warm and designed with a sense of detail.

Here we don't know what ingredients the cocktails are made from, although we can guess because the menu is sorted by continent and each cocktail, or work of art I should say, tells a story... let yourself be tempted and at worst, ask the chef 😊

My visit to Thun was completed when we met at the Atelier Bar to end the sunny Sunday with a cocktail on the terrace. Honestly... My enthusiasm is absolutely outstanding. The studio is stylishly furnished. The drinks menu reads like a book, something I've never seen before. My cocktail was created based on a conversation with the waitress and the result was enjoyable and tailored to my preferences. My next visit is guaranteed. PS: Because of the enjoyment and enthusiasm, I forgot to take photos.

Proactive service and very well located. I was just very confused about my house lemonade, since it looked and tasted like a ice tea. Classic drinks were served with ice cubes, but given the weather that was welcome.

Top bar with an incredible drinks menu. Don't just order your usual, the card is a must-watch and must-read. Listen to the waiter's recommendations, knowledge is excellent. These people really enjoy what they do, so give it a shot (no pun intended). Strong recommendation

A very stylish and pleasant bar with a great combination of old and modern. The super delicious and lovingly prepared cocktails are spectacularly prepared behind the bar. The staff are friendly and the guests are also pleasant.

When we arrived, the atmosphere and music in the rather crowded restaurant seemed very appropriate and inviting. The four of us waited in the entrance and after a minute an employee made a simple hand gesture telling us that we should now leave the restaurant. Communication skills could still be improved. A simple sentence that they don't have space at the moment would have been enough.

Very pleasant atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly, attentive and quick. There are 3 different levels of space choice. Today we settled in the billiards area with cozy seating areas. There are great cocktails and you can get expert advice. The cocktails are super fresh and delicious. All in all..... a must 🙌🥁😍

The Atelier Classis Bar offers a lovely atmosphere and the cocktails are fantastic. This bar invites you to enjoy a variety of cocktails for several hours. The staff is very friendly. I recommend the Atelier Classic Bar to all cocktail lovers.

Watch cocktail masters in their ring in the best atmosphere. Be sure to read the bar menu! And if you still don't know what you want to treat yourself to, the courteous bartenders will recommend a cocktail that suits your taste.

Nice cocktail and whisky bar. To give it a 5 star would need to have better whisky offers and prices as well as a better crowd and ambiance - maybe this is due to Covid restrictions

Large selection of drinks and superbly prepared. Unfortunately only 1 billiard table, which including the rackets, is no longer in top condition. However, the friendly staff more than makes up for this.

A little more expensive, but the drinks and cocktails are worth it. The Hattori Hanzo is recommended.
