Best service, staff very attentive. Good drinks. Couldn't be done better.

The service is friendly and the view, which is why you come here, is really beautiful with the mountains in the background. The bar is smaller than it looks online.

The elevator is scary and leads to unexpected events. However, it is comfortable. 🙏🏽 The drinks are okay.

As always, very quiet and pleasant. Drinks are great. Unfortunately, it is gradually becoming more crowded thanks to Instagram. Therefore, I recommend going a little earlier in the evening so that you can still have some peace and quiet.

I visit the Attika Rooftop Bar several times a month, often with larger groups. Today I tried to reserve a table for three people for a special occasion (where poker for seats is not possible). Unfortunately, my request was rejected because there are only 26 seats. This experience has raised concerns for me and diminishes my anticipation of visiting your bar again. It's unfortunate because apart from this situation, I really appreciate your bar.

Great location, staff very friendly and quick. I had nothing to eat, just two different beers. Unfortunately, they were both too warm and not very carbonated. You should probably avoid beer here. But the drinks/cocktails looked good 👌🏽

If I could only give negative stars... I have no idea whether the air quality is bad or the staff is paid unfairly, but the way the staff treats the customers is an absolute disgrace. The four of us wanted to visit the bar after work. At the entrance it was already stated that there was currently no space available. When we asked the reception staff how long we might have to wait, she was incredibly cheeky. Your statement; We probably know enough ourselves how long we sit at the bar can take a long time. She should have simply called upstairs and asked if anyone was about to pay or leave. We didn't want anything more. But it was apparently too big a task for this lady. Nevertheless, we waited for a moment and saw that people were coming down in the elevator. When we wanted to get in, the other staff just said: if there is no space at the top, the elevator won't go up, does that make sense or don't you understand that? That gave us the rest and we left. Hotel Bern really bad thing. We are all Bernese ourselves and that is a shame!

A wonderful place in summer. June to August. Highest bar in the city of Bern. 566 m above sea level. I enjoyed the Summer Breeze drink. We discovered rooftops in Bern. Pinklime, Hotel NH, Sky Terrace Hotel Schweizer Hof and Kursaal. With beautiful views, it's almost a must for visitors to Bern.

Great rooftop bar on the top of the hotel. I went here as I was staying at the hotel. Great views across the city. Good service. I tried the 16yr old Lagavulin, which was amazing. Excellent bar and excellent hotel.

One of the nicest spots in Berne. The guy at the elevator (/reception) is ultra fair, really apprciate it. Thank you man. Prices are like everywhere in Berne. Nevertheless you get an astonishing view if you catch the right tables ;)

Very nice bar and the view is priceless. The service was very nice and greeted everyone warmly. With 2 drinks, an aperitif platter and a pint of beer, it was a cozy few hours. I would definitely like to come back again

From the moment we arrived, the waiter was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. He responded abruptly and unfriendly when we wanted to order. He seemed annoyed by our presence. The highlight of our unpleasant experience was when we needed to report a problem. We tried to politely explain the problem to the waiter, but he abruptly cut us off and almost attacked us. His lack of professionalism was blatant and it really ruined our experience. As customers, we expect courteous and respectful service. Unfortunately, the server at the Attika bar did not meet these expectations. His rude attitude and lack of consideration towards customers was simply unacceptable. I do not recommend this bar due to the terrible service we received. I sincerely hope that management will take steps to remedy this situation and provide a more pleasant experience for their customers in the future.

The drinks are very good. It's definitely worth a visit for the view at the top! (At the moment the Federal Palace has scaffolding). The service is courteous and friendly. It's a shame that the place isn't huge, there can be waiting times - you can start with a drink inside. There is no music on the terrace, it could be played quietly in the background - it would add even more atmosphere.

Not always easy to get in, so suggest booking. But once there staff were friendly and service quick. Not really expensive considering it is a really different perspective of an already beautiful city!

I used to go there more often because of the fantastic view. The new team is boring as hell. More than the standard rates cannot be expected. On top of that, slow and obviously disinterested. Only the waiter, who looks like George Clooney, brings color into the otherwise dull picture with his funny and multilingual manner. And on my last visit, the arrogant bartender (everyone will quickly notice who she meant) cheated. I had just come from the ATM and had absolutely no additional francs because I came straight from a 3-week trip abroad. Drank 1 beer there. Paid with a 20 franc note... the barmaid gave it 10 francs. She dismissed my complaint with her usual arrogant manner. Note: ATMs in Switzerland do not issue 10 notes. For me it was my last visit there, there are other places in Bern with beautiful views and, above all, nice and honest staff.

Really, very nice bar with a terrace and a view over the whole of Bern. Also very nicely decorated inside. The service is very friendly, fast and competent. I liked it very much.

The Attika Rooftop Bar in Bern is a lovely bar in a beautiful location. Unfortunately, the view isn't everything a good bar should have. I really wanted to show the bar to my colleague, so we got there early and got a nice seat. After ordering something three times, we wanted the bill so we would have already taken care of it. However, when we wanted to stay a little longer, we were informed when we were paying that we had to leave. The next guest was already at our table and we felt very harassed. This is not appropriate for a 4-star hotel. Very unfortunate.

Insider tip, don't tell anyone else, otherwise everyone will want to enjoy this great view with a drink!

The location was splendid & the Bar itself was great, but all good impression was spoiled by unprofessional and even aggressive service of one waiter (the man of age). It was pity and disappointing.

Nice place, but very bad conditions. We had to wait over 20 minutes for our drinks. The older man with the glasses didn't clean our table and when we pointed this out to him he became unfriendly and aggressive.

Nice view, prices rather high, but similar to other bars. However, the view doesn't make up for the service. We had to wait 15 minutes until we were finally noticed and could order. After contacting the waitress several times, we were ignored. Even the table next to us noticed that we weren't being noticed. When the lady in white finally made the effort to take our order, we weren't even greeted. Another waiting time of 15 minutes for 2 aperitif drinks & chips.. I think it's a disgrace for a bar like this... even though we are two young ladies, we are still customers & we felt secondary for the whole 1.5 hours & that's clearly true Get a feel! We weren't even said goodbye when we left. Not worth the money & view!!

Rooftop with impressive views of Bern :)

Unfortunately, the beautiful view doesn't allow me to ignore the poor service. First of all, we waited inside for 20 minutes until we were assigned a seat. We were then rescheduled 3 times because of alleged reservations. However, the “reserved” lounges remained free. When we asked another employee, he didn't know anything about a reservation. Our drink order was apparently forgotten and only when two strangers were seated at our table after 20 minutes did the employee set out to pour the two beers. The whole thing seemed extremely arrogant and unfriendly to us. There was no apology for the circumstances either. Then we gave up the drinks and left.

Such a good place !! We decided to drop by, no reservation as we just decided we wanted to go there. Staff was amazing, a handsome guy and a joyful lady were serving us. The drinks were really tasty and the place is beautiful! Definitely worth visiting!

beautiful view!! If you want to order at the bar, you will be served outside. After waiting outside for 40 minutes we weren't served!

I would give 0 points, however I give 1 for the amazing view (only). We were there 40 minutes without being served! We asked two times for being served but they ignored us. The personell was not friendly at all. I would not visit this place again.

Rooftop bar with a beautiful 360° view of Bern. The cocktail menu had a wide variety of options. I got the "Attika at Night" and not only was it super tasty, it was really pretty! Highly recommend to get above the hustle and bustle of the city to enjoy the views.
