Au Coeur de France in La Chaux-de-Fonds

A little above unfortunately from the black forest very little taste and above all we found some flaked almonds knowing that I had specified without nuts (allergies)..... and decoration normally in sugar paste and white chocolate result !!!!

I bought a millefeuille for Christmas, I received lots of compliments, which obviously go directly to the pastry chefs at the Cœur de France. A big thank you also to the salespeople, very pleasant and professional.

So maybe this day didn't come well, but two birthday cakes really weren't great! A dry truffle, which lacks creaminess and a mille-feuille with soft puff pastry and an “industrial” cream. Too bad On the other hand, the bread was very good.

Best bakery in Chaux-de-Fonds, professionalism, kindness and benevolence rare in our businesses today. Prices haven't changed in years and all their production is wonderfully delicious. Special mention for the cumin curds, the peasant pizzas and the Friday burger. Go there with your eyes closed, a treat is guaranteed!
