Extraordinary place...if you want an absolute change of scenery!! The dishes served are made with love and it shows. The energy is beautiful, a healthy atmosphere, and true. We will come back for ribs, burgers, and meat on gallows?! Because people whispered to me that you make some good ones!! P.S: small downside however, the fries were unlimited, and when it was time to pay the bill, our men paid extra for fries, without paying attention, the boss didn't either, it's surprising.

Very nice hostel with substantial infrastructure for a mountain hostel (wifi, hot showers, several toilets). The food is famous, the dormitories are comfortable. Small downside regarding the picnic that you can order for the road, which was delicious but very difficult to transport. A large cardboard paper bag with, among other things, a box containing a lentil salad in sauce. In an already full hiking bag, it's difficult to fit it without overturning or crushing it. The volume of waste generated that we then have to transport for the rest of the trek is also relatively large. Besides this detail, everything was perfect :)

Unexpected hostel at the top of the village of Giettes on the Tour des Dents du Midi. We ate pulled pork burgers, beef burgers and ribs. Passing through the region with our Van, we had dinner at the inn with the gourmet passport. A very beautiful experience in nature with a spectacular view. Salad with local cheese as a starter, and original and delicious Brisket Burgers to follow. We were with our Shiba who was also very well received by the very helpful staff. We spent the night there and went to the Valerette refuge the next day (450m of elevation gain, it eliminates the calories from the day before :-)) Breathtaking view. We will come back.
