We shopped in the shop for breakfast with 4 children. In a very unfriendly way we were informed in the restaurant that we were not allowed to eat there, it was not a “picnic” after we had already ordered coffee for 4 people!!! The restaurant was empty!! And the best thing at the end, you even pay 1.00 per person for the toilet, as if food wasn't expensive enough!!! Ambience = old, not barrier-free and like a canteen! I advise you to go to another restaurant if you have time and don't want to be disappointed

Wi-Fi in the parking lot does not work and there is a time limit (5 hours). Everything is for a fee, you can’t stand in the parking lot for more than 15 hours (on weekdays). Complete disappointment. One star only because there is enough parking space. So it would be 0.

For the weekend I stood there for 44 hours without any problems, there is one minus: there is nowhere to get water.

Parking for LKW ..15 hours. I waited for 17, the manager knocked on the car and made it clear that it was time to leave. The toilets are clean, you can buy a quick snack in the store.

Breakfast is okay, but more like in a canteen. The service was friendly.

I was only in the store and in the toilet briefly. The toilet was very clean and smelled neutral. The cashier was prompt and friendly. The picnic area further up would be nice, but the tables are very dirty. A high-pressure cleaner could help. Unfortunately there are no ashtrays and smokers throw their cigarette butts on the floor.

The staff in the gas station shop are very friendly, I come by often and have never had anything to complain about in this regard. The food is way too expensive. I find it disrespectful to offer tourists food for so much money. The area is run of the mill and nothing special. The outside toilets are dirty. And having to pay for a toilet indoors is beneath human dignity. I think that enough income is being made with these expensive prices in the shop.

Clean, good rest stop. I can recommend coffee and croissants. Service friendly. You have to climb stairs to use the toilet and you need a franc to get in. Afterwards there is a 50 centime voucher for consumption.

I will never feel comfortable paying for the toilet. This should generally be free at a rest stop. After all, everything costs more than in a normal restaurant.

Not a word, not an apology, nothing. And yes, she definitely heard us as all the other guests reacted around her. Luckily, there are restaurants that appreciate their guests. Before we left the restaurant, an older couple said to me: we had already gotten up a long time ago. There were several people at the counter who walked with us towards the exit. Unfriendly staff who apparently keep personal items in the shop fridge and the get mad when you think it is a product for sale. The prices are extortionate as well and even force you to pay for the use of the toilets.

As we were passing through, we wanted to have our breakfast here as we have often done before. , Order for my wife: Birchermüesli with bread rolls and bowl. For me: breakfast and warm chocolate. Among other things, a Weggli and, for me, a coffee were served. Staff had to be tried again and correct the error and the statement came from the service staff. “It’s a bread roll.” A little product knowledge would help here. The Birchermüesli was served with lots of bananas and strawberries as decoration. It soon became clear why there was so much fruit. The Birchermüesli was not fresh. The color was almost grayish and not the usual fresh red from the berries. It went back to the kitchen. "We'll bring something else" was said. Shortly afterwards the same Birchermüesli came back. It was from the day before and could be sold for two days. The muesli went back. The chef apparently said that what was ordered had to be paid for. The person in charge told us that the muesli had to be prepared the evening before so that it could still “dry”. The shortage of skilled workers was also discussed as a reason for the problems that had arisen. Maybe we'll try again at the rest stop, but I can't promise it.
