Every morning a friendly greeting and a nice conversation. Very dedicated and attentive staff. The goods are fresh and neatly presented. Absolutely recommended.

Sandwiches are all prepackaged. Friendliness is a foreign word for the staff, they don't know how to say hello and goodbye.

Ideal if you need something spontaneously or at short notice on a Sunday, you can find and get pretty much everything there. TOP

For quick shopping at the train station.

Was so so so. The croissants are no longer fresh. Toilet broken, saleswoman constantly on the phone. And laugh out loud.. If something is needed, large assortment for everyday needs. Could be friendlier....

I've been a regular customer at Avec Neuhausen for years and I think it's far and away the best place to get a warm chocolate croissant, a drink in the morning or fresh bread on Sundays. As soon as there are too many people queuing at the checkout, a second one is opened immediately so that no one has to wait too long. This is not a given. The staff is also very friendly and competent. Everyone who serves me knows exactly which cigarettes I smoke. For me, this is a sign of absolutely outstanding customer service. The new opening hours are due to corona. The team simply can't help it!

Just a catastrophe the way it is run.

Good range for a small Avec, lots of discounts, unfortunately only Feldschlösschen & Ok beer in packs of 10, otherwise canned beer.

It was closed yesterday at noon, according to the opening times it should have been open.

Cool shop. Has little, but everything important. However, in my opinion it closes too early for a kind of gas station shop.

The avec team is very organized and very helpful. Unfortunately, the cell phone is always present and the masks are only used as face masks. Otherwise everything is very clean and the selection is very large. The vegetables are fresh and the shop is highly recommended. Compliments to all the employees. Keep it up 👍🏻

I am a frequent customer and I have to say that I hardly know of any shop that employs as many unmotivated staff as this Avec. In addition, half of the staff do not wear their masks correctly or wear them half-mast under their noses. The health department should really stop by and collect! If this continues, I will personally request this visit.

In the Corona crisis... For me as a customer, the cleanliness of the store and the right protection concept became the focus because of the risk of a Covid infection! And in contrast to so many other companies (including large companies), I am critical, I have to give avec-Neuhausen an impeccably good certificate from my point of view (as a layman). I felt safe. It takes a lot of additional work and discipline to implement such protection and hygiene concepts! Clearly the team has done a really good job here. The range of goods and the store concept are well thought out and appear solid. There is also a consistency in this regard, so that as a regular customer you can always find your way around because everything hasn't been changed all the time. However, improvements will be made where necessary. That's why I think the manager is motivated and thinks in the interests of the customers! However, at some point (maybe I'm overestimating this as a non-millennial) the employees need to be more clearly defined or aware that when customers are in the store, they should quickly put their cell phones away and pay attention to the customer ! “Personal” entries in Instagram etc. can, must wait. A train ticket is more urgent. As a customer, I would like to be able to enter the lottery numbers without waiting or would be happy if I could get the coffee to go as quickly as possible when I'm stressed. Maybe some people could be happier if they came first and not their personal details?! Either way: I'll always be happy to come back to avec in 2021 :-)
