Definitely one of the poshest kebab shops I've been to. Truffle kebab whilst expensive is worth a try. Not sure what the "made with love" option does when ordering but I like the playfulness. Worth a try if you're in Zurich

Wait 30 minutes to receive an empty kebab. Never again!

One of the best Turkish kebabs in Zurich. The staffs are also professional and kind too. The food is always good but the portions have been shrinking since 2022. Also the fries used to be less oily and more fresh but it has changed now. The quality of the meat is still great!

the store was completely overcrowded on Saturday. The owner only seems to be interested in sales, because even though there are no more seats, people are still allowed in and people don't know where to go. 50% of people occupy a seat even though they are no longer eating or not yet eating. Doner doesn't taste any better than in the 0815 shop next door, but it costs a whopping 16 Chf. Of the 4 monitors ordered, 2 are usually defective.

The store was so crowded, they didn't give me space and I had to eat by the trash. And the kebab is way too expensive.

Not so much options to choose for eating. I am not satisfied with service in this restaurant, unpleasant. They expect it to be like a restaurant because of the atmosphere but when they see their service they feel that it is like a cafeteria. What a paradox is happening here...

I didn't feel like eating anything sweet!! The Dürüm would be sweeter than the baklava 1.2/5 Bronze kebab (Ps Aargauer)

Unfortunately the price is completely overpriced. Doner one of the better ones but nothing that justifies the price.

Super good service. The raclette kebab was super hot and every time. The price was perfect. Absolutely clean shop. You can tell that Tema has a lot of fun at work. I will gladly come again.

Unfortunately I can only say disappointing. The meat tasted like it had been sitting for several hours and was dry. The bread was not toasted. In addition, the wrong sauce was put on my kebab even though we had clearly stated at the checkout that it should be yogurt sauce and not cocktail sauce. My conclusion is that the quality in this establishment started out weak and has recently declined significantly. I can only warmly recommend that you give this kebab a wide berth. A very nice store, with screens like Mc'Donalds to order from. The kebab is very good for me, the best in Switzerland. Fries are also very very brutal with the seasoning just wow. Ayran also very good gives me Türkiye vibes. This truffle mayo best mayo.

Extremely huge portions, reasonable price. A little complicated ordering and a million unnecessary questions. Something like a subway😂 step by step you have to select everything. It is a very nice place and the food was good.

Kebab standard minced meat is ok but way too expensive. Here the store and the brand are also paid for. I would have expected the best kebab meat in the “best kebab in Switzerland”. Then the price would be justified. Everything else is fresh and ok, but I know much better kebabs with real layered veal meat. They wanted to concentrate on the essentials and not on the performance. Ayverdis is expensive for the standard kebab, yes, but you can taste that the ingredients are exquisite, i.e. the quality stands out, the kebab is great, you can put it together as you like, their own creations are also great. Their own AYvar is great (especially the Zero) and the truffle fries with truffle mAYo, should be tried (assuming you like the truffle taste)

In my opinion the best kebab in Switzerland and the most beautiful kebab restaurant in Switzerland. The kebab meat tastes so good and the fries are perfectly seasoned. The restaurant is very large and has a lot of space and is very modern and beautifully furnished. The staff is top, they do everything right. My only criticism is the parking situation. Depending on what day of the week or what time you come, it is difficult to find a parking space.

Awesome posh kebab. Busy but comfy atmosphere. It took a while for food to come. That is ok and is expected, as it is very busy. Happy to pay the premium price for the posh kebab, it is very yummy. However charging 5.5chf for a not so posh coke is a bit over the top. I know it's Zurich but a coke without table service for 5.5chf is on principle wrong!

I ordered falafel box twice and it was always made with the wrong sauce 😩 even though it says correctly on the note. Otherwise everything was fine 😊

Prices are increasing and portions are becoming smaller. CHF 16.00 for a kebab is out of thin air, the price/performance ratio is simply not right. The lady at the checkout didn't feel like serving us and rolled her eyes several times while ordering. Plus, you might think you're walking into a shisha bar while listening to the music. I always enjoyed going to Ayverdi's Wiedikon, but the above-mentioned findings rule out another visit for me.

Overall a pleasant, warm atmosphere. Very clean and tidy, quality excellent. Because a lot of effort goes into preparing it, the food unfortunately gets a little cold, but the quality of the food improves again.

I give 5 stars for ambience and service. But I honestly wonder what the Swiss think is so great about this minced meat mixture. For this price you get real meat, you are literally being ripped off for a minced meat mixture.

This kebab is simply different. It is one of the best kebabs. The bread, sauces and salad are very fresh and delicious. The drinks were great too. The fries were very flavorful and warm. I recommend everyone to try this kebab. Definitely worth a visit.

The “restaurant” is very cozy and nicely decorated. The food (doner kebab) is made from cheap minced meat mixture. There are various toppings you can choose from, but the price-performance ratio doesn't match (2x Dürum + 1x fries and 1x drink for 54 Chf.-). The food is nothing special, we won't come back. I find “normal” kebab stalls to be better in terms of quality.

And here I was, thinking you can't get a decent kebab in Switzerland.. Now this is my new #1. Ordering on a screen McDonald's style, waiting times around lunch time, But definitely worth it. We now have a "Dönerstag" once per month!

Coming from Berlin I was used to having amazing Kebab once a week and thought moving to Zurich will change that. But seriously their Kebab creations are super delicious and some of them are crazily creative 😅 The service is very friendly and I think this is one of the best designed kebab houses I have ever been! So can highly recommend it!!

I usually take the food take away, something is missing every time. Today I had a kebab box with only meat, I was looking for fries.

Tried the Wagyu Kebab. The taste was not convincing at all, it almost just had a bland fatty taste in the mouth. Otherwise you couldn't taste much. The kebab sat uncomfortably in my stomach all day. The fries that came with it were delicious and crispy. It was worth a visit and a try, but definitely not a second time for the price.

Great kebab, the quality is always consistent, the atmosphere is ok, modern and spacious, but some have special seating options. I like to eat a kebab here every now and then 😉☺️

I think Ayverdis are among the best kebabs in Zurich. The quality is always consistently good. The waiting time is acceptable even when there is a big rush and it even has parking spaces - where else is that in District 4?! I always enjoy coming and will be back in 2024.

I used to be a big Ayverdi's fan. Unfortunately, after my last few visits, I have to say that I now prefer other kebabs in the area. The prices have always been much more expensive, which is what people were happy to pay (also because of the ambience). However, it now gives the impression that the Ayverdis concept is only designed for profit. Making every add-on to the kebab even more expensive. Charge an extra CHF 1 for bizeli corn and carrots. Then simply make the size of the Aypito smaller by half. It's a shame... I also had stomach problems again and again after eating the kebab meat (including my colleagues). However, the fries with your seasoning remain top.

Very good food at rather high prices. Like at MC-Donald, orders are placed via a terminal - self-service is the order of the day, including clearing away. The decor is great and there is lots of open space which makes it very open and pleasant.

The best standardized pot kebab in Switzerland - tastes surprisingly good considering that the meat comes out of the pot and everything is already prepared - good processes but no love - Wagyu kebab top and prepared with love for you, better than any Adam Instad kebab in Zurich

First of all, I have to mention that we tried quite a few kebabs in Switzerland. Unfortunately it's not that easy if you come from Germany... Ayverdi is certainly in the top 3. Although we only like layered meat, the minced meat convinced us. The truffle fries with Parmesan are a culinary delight.

Wagyu absolutely overpriced and tiny

Always fast, excellent and top quality food. All the restaurants are very clean, the bathrooms, apart from being clean, smell great and when it is not lunch or dinner time, there is a parking lot to park your car and if there is not, the waiting time is very short. Without a doubt, the best Kebap in Zurich.

I used to be a regular customer, but I think the quality of the meat has deteriorated and everything has become much greasier... Since then, I no longer think the price/performance is good

We came with high expectations. We took this route to taste this “döner kebab”. Unfortunately we were disappointed on all levels. The price is very high which is understandable for Wagyu meat. If you've ever eaten Wagyu meat, you know how great it tastes and how it melts in your mouth. Unfortunately the chef managed to completely mess up this meat. It literally tasted like nothing and lost all of its magic. The bread you get with it is good in itself, but unfortunately it takes away from the meat. It's way too big and doesn't fit the meat. There was also a lot of savings with the sauces. All in all we are very disappointed. It would have been less bad to lose the money than to spend it. The fries that came with it were very tasty. Given the price of the “doner kebab”, they could have at least given it for free. In my opinion, this menu is definitely not worth a visit. Luckily, there are other products to choose from.

The restaurant is modern and nicely decorated. That's it. Why Ayn Stern? Because of the highly praised Wagyukebap and kebab in general. I had eaten Wagyu of various quality several times. This was by far the most tasteless meat I had ever eaten. I once had pureed meat in the hospital that was more aromatic. The minimal aroma that was left was covered up by a bread that was far too dominant and a tasteless salad lovingly spread on it. Presumably so you don't notice that it tastes like nothing. I would have rather lost 100 francs on the street than spend it here on this monster. This is a disappointment like I've had all year and it hasn't been an easy year. I had expectations for such a high price, not high, but they were there. I would have expected at least normal kebab flavor, but nothing there. I'm desperately looking for words that could express this disappointment, this is a real disaster. At least the fries gave me some comfort. With the last sip of Ayran, I try to banish this bland taste from my mouth. Emotionless, I handed over my tray and tried to process and suppress this terrible experience. I walked away like a beaten dog with the thought that this experience will forever tarnish further kebabs. Be warned, foodies and gourmands, it is absolutely not worth it. Solid kebab, had the one with truffles. I ordered truffles and got truffles. The kebab in and of itself is a standard product. Not particularly bad and not particularly good. Definitely my most expensive kebab. Ambiance was ok, too many loud children for an "upscale" establishment. Locally very nice. Service is like Mackes.

Simply a great kebab. You wait longer for the kebab, but it's worth the wait. Parking spaces available and great public transport connections. The store is usually very busy.

The Ayverdis is a great shop in itself, very nice atmosphere and you feel comfortable. Unfortunately, the meat that is sold doesn't quite match this level and price. I don't mean to say that it isn't tasty, but it just seems like normal kebab meat that is sold in every store. And if you spend around 20 for a kebab with a drink, that's very expensive because the meat doesn't do it justice, even if it's CH meat. If real meat skewers were still offered here, then this kebab would be a lot better - then you could even charge 30.- and the shop would be even more crowded. But what I can recommend to everyone is to definitely order the Ayran, which is a 12/10.

The kebab in the pocket bread is rather bland. Bread, meat and a slice of tomato. There are definitely better things in Zurich. In terms of price, the kebab was one of the most expensive I've tried so far. The USP of this store seems to be the free parking spaces.

The food at Ayverdi's was, as always, very good, and the atmosphere was very modern. Minus point goes to service. As a regular customer, I noticed the concept had changed a bit. Namely, the people working the cash register mix in the preparation of the food, which no longer looks so appetizing and go towards the normal kebab shop. I hope it'll be okay again.

Modern kebab restaurant that wants to stand out from the crowd with a modern ambience. In terms of price, this is definitely possible. Unfortunately, the resulting expectations could not be met. The children's kebabs are about the same price as the adult version, which doesn't make much sense. Places weren't cleaned even though there wasn't much going on. At least the employees were friendly.

Best kebab! This time I had one in a pocket bread with salad, both sauces and feta :) The chilled teas are also very tasty!

This kebab shop is ranked one of the cleanest restaurants in Switzerland, so I gave it a try and love it! The wrap was lightly toasted so with a bit crispy. The filling is amazing. I had it with spicy and all veg. Very good. I am not used to the thickness of the meat as it’s thinner than normal, but I do like it. Wrap+soft drink+ baklava 25.5 CHF. I will probably skip the baklava next time as it’s not the best I had. I can only taste the sweetness but not the nuts nor honey. All in all, recommended. It’s quite popular and lots of space to sit. As a lot of people order take away. Service was great! English no problem!

Best Restaurant Kebap in Switzerland, not ordinary small kebap shop, but well organized, digital (you can even order with the app) very very clean and the Kebap but also Pepito‘s are delicious. You pay a little more than usual, but it is 100% worth it.

Food was really good and nicely plated. It was very quiet and had a nice atmosphere, and the toiltets were very clean. What I was pleasantly surprised about were the lady-care products that were up for use.
