B2 - Boulders & Bar in Pratteln

A very good climbing hall! Highly recommended, the staff and rod makers are very friendly and very talented. The bistro is inexpensive and the entrance fee is also manageable. The courses offered there are very good. There's always good music and the atmosphere is just great!!! Definitely recommendable.

One of the best gym in the area for this price. It offers plenty of good equipment for strength training. The ambience is nice. The route setting is quite old style. It definitely lacks dynos and parcour style moves and thus in general lacks diversity.

Very nice but for beginners with children the entrance fee with shoes is 40 Fr and I think that's more expensive. Considering it doesn't have that many beginner walls. And after 1 hour we had already had enough... But definitely worth an experience...

Bouldering mecca with rather difficult tasks. Great hall that leaves nothing to be desired. But hey, a pinch more hygiene would be in order: the cloakroom stinks and going barefoot in the hall is not acceptable, I think.

everything it needs. best hall far and wide. Employees are very polite, motivated and helpful. The only negative point is that the training area is always deserted as if a bomb had hit. You could probably hang a sign there saying "please clean up all the equipment, or are you so weak and need help?"

The atmosphere in the hall was good, although a cleaning job at the top of the exits could help.

Great bouldering hall on 2 floors with many types of formations. Routes are well laid out, staff are friendly. LED wall with variable inclination present in a room. A covered area has also been created outside. Excellent. Has a bit of a community feel because of the outdoor lunge area and the existing bar. Changing rooms could be cleaner and better.

Bouldering, bouldering, bouldering... Amazing very spacious gym with 2 levels of walls with interesting problems rotated every 3 months if I remember right. On top of that: very neat training space, splash wall on a balcony for fresh experience, campus board (obviously) and... Kilter board! Staff is friendly, bloke at reception i chatted to spoke fluent English that's big plus. Also there is cafe by the entrance where you can buy cold beer! That basically ticks all the boxes of the place to spend all evenings. There is one drawback though, not sure if loose chalk is not allowed but they prefer liquid one for sure. Magnus wouldn't be impressed 😢.

I went there the first time in May and immediately liked the gym. I'm a frequent gym goer at Elys, just because I live around the corner, but the style at B2 fits me more. I especially liked the outdoor area and the place is huuuuge spread over two floors. I'll definitely come back for more.

Great place for bouldering, 2 floors of boulders with a lot of interesting routes in different style for all level. They also have a nice rest area where you can enjoy a drink. The only tiny negative point is on some wall the mattress do not go to the wall and if you fall at the beginning half on the mattres half outside there is a risk of spreading your ankle.

In my opinion one of the best bouldering halls in Switzerland. Super well maintained handles. New routes every month. Nice and competent staff. Cozy beer and snack bar for afterwards. Large variety of beers and warm food. You can buy or rent bouldering material here. The audience consists of friendly and helpful people

Cool location. Good coffee and nice team.

Great atmosphere, super nice staff/team - relaxed, friendly, open and honest. Lots of space and lots of bouldering - on two floors, what more could you want - than just having enough skin on your fingers. On the one hand, routes are long and enduring. On the other hand, short and sweet. Great to let off steam. The training area is really a dream, I haven't experienced anything so varied in a long time. Top. The only drawback..... the merchandise XD t-shirts weren't that fancy. QQ was a nice stay :)

Still the best bouldering hall... It is constantly being improved and changed. New holds, new routes, new walls... I've been going to B2 for years and there's no sign of standing still. Always good atmosphere and endless, interesting problems. If you can't find what you're looking for in B2, you won't find it anywhere. Keep it up!

Great hall with many routes on 2 floors. For me as a beginner, the large selection is great. Currently during the pandemic, they have the restrictions well under control and the website provides information about the current number of accesses. The only thing that needs to be added is the signage on the shoe rack after use and the (loud) techno/rave music doesn't need to be there. Then it's better to have no music at all.

Amazing bouldering gym with a bunch of different graded problems. From classical, modern, and slabby problems, to killing overhang section! The coffee is also pretty good, and the people working there are amazing! If you're into bouldering, definitely a place to go!

Really nice place, there's so many place, climbing styles and possibilities Terrasse is pretty and the atmosphere is good Only drawback, the levels are way too wide! 4a to 5c+ are all the same category, then 6a to 7a+! And same above..

I really enjoy going. Good atmosphere, lots of climbing and, above all, you can mostly climb onto the top of the stage and back up the stairs. The only thing missing is a proper air conditioning or ventilation system. If everyone abuses their magnesium again, the air will be contaminated with it.

Clearly the best bouldering hall in Switzerland! Here you can still tell that someone thought something through before screwing the handles onto the wall! The outdoor area is also very nice and invites you to drink coffee. After exercise, of course, a cool blonde hairstyle is a must. Here the B2 impresses with a huge selection for a climbing hall!

Best bouldering place in Basel!

Nice gym! A lot of routes, with some very pleasing problems. Slightly too many routes depend solely on force but there are enough many technically interesting ones as well. An exception was the slab, were the routes hadn't been put too much energy on.

Mega nice hall! Large and varied; Routes are changed often. Team and visitors very solid. Good music. Mate. It's a pleasure.

Decent bouldering centre with tons of routes, don't be fooled when you first enter, there are 2 floors! It cost me 20 CHF to climb and 5 CHF for shoe hire. The shoes were a bit disorganized but there were plenty of them. There was no induction or disclaimer needed to climb. A lot of the routes allow you to top-out and exit the boulder via a staircase, which was quite unique to me. Beer, pizza and snacks are available at the front. There are changing rooms with showers.

Cool boulders, good music, lots of space. Unfortunately, eating takes far too long. The frozen pizza took an hour.

Level is beginner-friendly offers variety and enough space when it gets fuller. There are continuous mats. Overhanging routes & Fitness equipment. All in all, it's fun here, the only drawback is a few lockers, so if you're worried about your Rolex, you should leave it at home.

Great multi-story bouldering hall, it has routes for all difficulties. Entrance invites you to chill out. There is a lounge to sit in and food and drinks are also sold. There are enough parking spaces and very nice, helpful staff. We will definitely be back

Very good climbing track, two floors with lots of walls and well set problems. It is also affordable and in an area close to Basel. I thanked her both times I went!!!

Expected more. It seems they doesn't set a new problems often, holds were pretty dirty and didn't like the settings too. Maybe best in Basel but for such a big city not a great Wall.

Really great place to go Bouldering for all levels. The space is massive (with two floors) with a large variety of Bouldering options (level of ease marked by color), a slack line and a weights gym. The bar itself is alright, but the Bouldering is great! When we came on a Saturday it was actually pretty empty which was nice - but I hear it is usually quite crowded. I would definitely recommend checking it out.
