The chef is good and makes an effort, nice greetings from the kitchen... you don't find that often anymore, we appreciate that, thank you. Responds to individual customer wishes. Chef has potential. Truffle dishes would be delicious. Veal entrecote with morel cream sauce and spaetzli with fine vegetables is a hit!

The food was excellent, the service was top and very friendly, the prices were very reasonable, and cleanliness is very important. I go there often now. Bravo

I ordered rolls with salami, the waitress looks at the clock and says snack rolls are available until 10 a.m. On my watch it was 10:03 a.m.🥴🥴🥴😭😭😭😭😭

Take Away MISERABLE. Closes at different times depending on your mood. Often not available at all because there is “too much going on” with the few tables. Laughable.

Local is nice but menu no longer exciting over time. It closes very early in the evening and there is often nothing left to eat by 7:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Not all customers are valued equally. Expand take away offer. Experienced chef who is friendly, concept and especially etiquette need to be revised. Of course it's subjective.

Worth a trip; very good food! Classic Swiss dishes like Cordon Bleu etc :-)

Wir waren spontan mit Freunden im immer gut besuchten Restaurant Morgental und wir wurden nicht entäuscht. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut und es gibt sogar einen Amuse-Bouche vorab, womit wir in diesem Restaurant wirklich nicht gerrechnet hätten. Der Service macht ebenfalls einen sehr guten Job, so das wir uns rundum gut bedient fühlten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Der Koch ist aber auch für Gourmet-Ansprüche ein Geheim-Tipp. Er hat uns über Mittag (volles Restaurant!) mit einem hervorragenden 6-Gang-Menu verwöhnt. Jung und Erfolgs-hungerig. Wir kamen als Fremde und gingen als wiederkehrende Gäste.

The restaurant has become one of my favorites. The four of us had dinner last night. Muse bouche, starter, main course, good wine (Mauro 2015) dessert, coffee. The quality and taste of the food was exceptionally good! The staff is friendly and very service-oriented. The boss, who is also the cook, personally asks the guests how it was. The price-performance ratio is very good!

This is a beautiful, lovingly renovated restaurant in Steinach near Arbon on Lake Constance. Very nice, well-positioned employees and boss. You eat very well and you also feel very comfortable here for a coffee break. I highly recommend this beautiful restaurant. Beautiful garden restaurant with parking spaces.
