BACiO della Mamma in Davos

Best pizza in Davos? For my taste, yes. Pizza looks smaller than it is. But I can have the rest packed up. My wife had the fish with risotto and loved it too. Service very accommodating. Were there twice in one week.

The food was very good, the service was top. The homemade brushes are an absolute recommendation. The tomato soup and burrata as starters were also very good choices! Many thanks to the service team, we felt very comfortable!

It's really unfortunate to say that I haven't eaten at such a disappointing restaurant for a long time. The quality of the food left a lot to be desired. The risotto was completely over-salted and the beef tartare consisted of cracked lumps of raw meat, a far cry from an ordinary tartare. For dessert we had tiramisu, which unfortunately had no taste at all. All in all a very disappointing dining experience.

A great Italian restaurant in Davos, somewhat inconspicuous in the Hotel Ameron. Very authentic Italian cuisine with very friendly and attentive staff. From the boss to the waiters, the charming Italian flair runs through. The pinsa are also very tasty, very airy and less heavy than a pizza.

Too bad, too bad because the waiter was really good, they waited on us really well and the starters were also good, but everything was too expensive, but then again in Davos you can't expect more, but at least the portions!!! I ordered some Branzino (paid 40.-) and received this dish where the lemon was even bigger. Really very disappointed, and still hungry, I also had dessert, perhaps expecting a little more but no, the scoops of ice cream were the size of grapes.

The pinsa was delicious, but the salad was almost inedible, far too sour, therefore only one out of five stars, but it was still charged!

Food was delicious, but quite pricey (not really worth the money). Interior and decorations are quite cold, but service was flawless.

Top service, the food was sesational, the Pinsa exceptionally well deserved these 5 stars in all categories.

Wow! It was a completely perfect evening with you. Starting with a super delicious Limoncello Sprizz, continuing with the pistachio crusted tuna followed by a stunning truffle risotto. Finally, an extremely tasty vegan dessert with chocolate and cherries. People raved about the Pinsa as well as the super-fine vanilla ice cream and blueberry sorbet. We would be happy to come back at the next opportunity and wish the service learners continued enjoyment of their training - we felt extremely comfortable with you! PS: The entrance is a bit difficult to find the first time - VIA THE HOTEL ENTRANCE! ;)

Overall, the evening here with my friends was nice. The staff were very friendly and often brought us bread, which was really tasty. The pinsa with ham was incredibly good and the beef tartare was also very tasty! Unfortunately, we were missing both with the burrata with colorful tomatoes. The burrata was very small and the tomatoes were also saved a bit. It still tasted good. The mushroom risotto was very good and the paccheri with salsiccia and fennel were also really good. For dessert we had the raspberry composition, pistachio ice cream and chocolate brownies. The desserts were a bit of a disappointment (apart from the ice cream), both in terms of taste and quantity. All in all, as I said, the evening was still nice and I would still recommend it.

A Friday evening at the Bacio della Mamma is a real joy. Ambience in a class of its own and yet not exaggerated. The food, a real culinary delight. The waiters are very courteous and friendly but also very professional, you feel like you are visiting friends. A big thank you to Raffaele the restaurant manager, keep it up. And of course a big thank you to the kitchen and waiters. Without you this wouldn't be possible.

Very friendly service, amazing Italian food. Not much choices though but very well done.

The worst thing we've eaten in recent years. The portions are totally minimalistic and unfortunately absolutely inedible. The bill almost blew us away. We had 1 starter (burrata with tomatoes) and 2 main courses (pasta and pinsa vegi) as well as 5dl wine and 1 water for 140.-!!! The quality is absolutely terrible never again.

The food was perfect. They are also Italians. Service very good and accommodating. Gladly again.

Inside the Ameron hotel in Davos there is a very large and welcoming restaurant, Bacio della Mamma. I've been there for dinner several times, I really liked the appetizers offered and the side dishes they brought for the main courses. The meat was cooked perfectly. The choice of wines is also excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Stunning restaurant with great staff and delicious choice of Italian food and Roman style pizzas. Not cheap, but still value for money!

In my opinion, the BACiO della Mamma restaurant deserves top marks! The service and the quality of the food is excellent. We felt absolutely comfortable from the first moment until after payment and we were able to truly experience “being a guest”... BRAVO, please keep it up!

Even though we made a reservation at very short notice, we still got a spot. The restaurant is in a class of its own. We really enjoyed the food, and we can especially recommend the pinsas. The staff was friendly. We also found price/performance okay. Would eat there again.

Super nice and courteous staff and very fine food!

Service is very kind, perhaps some inesperience for some of them. Location is nice, like the hotel. I found the cousine akward. Quality of food (at least the plates we ordered very low. Just an example, I ordered Tonnarelli, I received Spaghetti. They were completely per boiled/indecent,..same negative evaluation for the Vitello tonnato). My suggestion is for this Italian restaurant to avoid replicating Italian dishes unless there is a capable Chef who supervises.
