. is the only bistro, bakery, pastry shop in Rotmonten therefore it should also be open on Sunday so that you can have fresh plaited bread, rolls, dessert could pick up on Sunday also drink a coffee on Sunday would be great has a lot of walkers commuters to the peter & paul zoo where there are standing in front of closed doors & have to leave disappointed ☹️ .

There are 4 parking spaces in front of the bakery. The reception was very friendly and I was immediately assigned a seat. After the certificate check, my order was taken and served immediately. The pretzel sandwich was good and quite fresh. The service is very friendly and attentive. Lovely again.

Delicious baked goods, always friendly staff.

Baked goods are top as always at the Gschwend bakery. The service isn't that great, when you're sitting in the coffee shop there's not much demand, what you ordered doesn't come for a long time or a lot of things are forgotten. Seems like an apprentice shop to me. Unfortunately, friendliness is not what you are used to in other branches. As a construction worker you almost feel like you're not that welcome. A pity!!

Oh my Gschwend; After five years of studying in St. Gallen, I'm unfortunately moving away. I will miss you: your sandwiches fed me through the learning phase; every date at your café was a success. Now I'll (hopefully) soon be a lawyer and if you ever need help, let me know. The most I could accept as a fee is Schlossbergkugeln...
