I have been a customer of yours for a very long time. I come to you regularly to shop for over 20 years. Unfortunately, I've noticed for a long time that prices are rising and certain products are becoming smaller and smaller.

A true story happened today. Wanted to place a telephone order for 60 croissants for Monday. The employee said I should please order these on the homepage. I had to do this against my will. On the homepage they want too much information for an order, so it took me almost 10 minutes to realize that I can only pick up the croissants after 7 a.m., unfortunately I need them beforehand. So what's left for me? Call again... Now my question: Where has customer friendliness gone? At an amount of 93 CHF, I think people have to work a bit. The time it takes to place an order should be around 2 minutes max at 93 CHR. I spent more time on the homepage and still didn't get to the goal. Unfortunately, as with everything... all good things are lost. I ordered the croissants from someone else over the phone... but it works.

I had pre-ordered croissants for an occasion. Everything worked out great, nothing to complain about. However, the croissant quality was also rated somewhat worse by event participants. The peaks were fresh, which was great, but very brittle compared to others and some were eaten more like “air”. In terms of price, I would say that the butter peaks are within the range, but I find the rustic and lye ones a bit too expensive, also in terms of size and comparison to the butter peaks. All in all, the choice was good for the occasion, especially since the order was ready for pickup early in the morning.

As a Turk, it is definitely a place you should visit when you come to Switzerland. A taste beyond magnificent, a taste beyond magnificent.

This pastry shop offers a huge selection of savory and sweet dishes. Seasonal delicacies, such as those on our Halloween visit, were a must. We wouldn't be disappointed and would be surprised with little sweet pumpkin tarts. In addition to the many types of bread, the quiche is also recommended. There is also a huge selection of sandwiches. At the very end and not to be forgotten are the pralines and delicate pastries. A true art! We'd love to come back ❤️

Very extensive selection in the store, chewed food has to be carried up the stairs to the café yourself. It used to be very cozy in the café, but today it's like a train waiting room without any service. You can save in different ways...

Actually there was no stress just a few customers. Nevertheless, customer service must be good. Professionalism and customer friendliness come into play especially in such situations.

Unfortunately, quality and customer satisfaction are neglected. The croissants and bread are not fresh. That was the last time I was at Tschirky. Just really bad. Wouldn't even be worth one star.

That was the last time we were there... croissants are absolutely not fresh, a sandwich for 7. - and the bread was so hard that it couldn't be from today.. our request wasn't honored either, a shame, a shame . With prices like these you expect much, much more...

My favorite sandwich has shrunk significantly after 6 years! However, the price is higher! An impudence! Corn rolls with Caesar sauce and chicken breast! And when I asked, I was turned away and the next customer was served! Never again

Very fine goods actually come very often and very often. But what doesn't work at all is the older lady with dark hair, every time she comes to us we get shouted at and don't get a proper greeting, let alone a smile, especially when my children go into the store alone. Kudos to the younger saleswomen, they always have a smile on their faces and make you want to come back. The 3 stars refer to the unfriendly saleswoman. For the rest, 5 stars

I am a regular customer at the Seedammcenter. Very good quality and very friendly employees. The soups are always delicious, the Graubünden barley soup is even top class. Thanks !

Here you are warned that if you buy five peaks of one variety at once, you should pre-order them. Only in Switzerland does such an attitude of prosperity exist. Customer ashing starts with the homepage! They don't understand number cake as what it really is. I ordered a cake that didn't match the picture on the website. After my complaint, I was only offered a 20 voucher for an amount of 140. Even though I was dissatisfied as a customer, they had no understanding and insisted that they were in the right. They ruined my 30th birthday because no one wanted to eat the cake. Thanks for nothing! I'll inform consumer protection and don't let this happen to me!
