Generally great, typical swiss bakery. Our favourites are their homemade butter croissants and Mohnbrötchen (= Poppy seed bread rolls, only available on Saturdays). They also make some delicious chocolate treats. Their adjecant café is okay, but quite old fashioned in style.

Very friendly staff, lovingly and seasonally decorated room, really good food, decent prices. A joy every time. Some parking spaces available. There are also oat milk and soy milk as alternatives to cow's milk.

If people are lining up on a Sunday morning, that says a lot about a bakery or pastry shop. I had breakfast in the cafe and it was fantastic. Very tasty rolls and great coffee. A piece of chocolate is served with every coffee. The café is homely and decorated in warm colors. The staff was very friendly and attentive

It took a while until I was served. At the next table there were 2 older men who had their cell phones on loud to make calls. I don't think something like that isn't appropriate.

Fine pattiserie but the pieces are getting smaller and smaller for the same price. At Freya, the service was even more personal because the boss was still in the shop in person.

Regular customers were treated better by the serving lady than we were. They made us wait a long time, forgot part of the order and then charged for items that hadn't been ordered yet...

We are all fans of the freshly baked breads and cakes.

I'm a regular customer of the truffle cake, which is also really good. Compliments on this. But the fact that you have to pay a whopping 5.-- (20%) more at Easter because there is an Easter decoration on it that isn't really needed and doesn't really make the cake taste any better..... well...

The coffee shop was full to capacity. The service staff didn't let this bother them in the slightest. She was confident and super friendly. I was able to enjoy my cappuccino as well as my Easter chüechli. Keep it up.

I had 30 minutes and was looking forward to a cappuccino. I sat down at a small table. I didn't see anyone for the first 15 minutes, then when someone came there were obviously regular customers being served in a friendly manner. I waved a few times to get attention. I felt like nothing and was ignored when the table next to me was served, even though these people had just come in. My time was up and I had to leave. I was a little angry, or even disappointed, so I complained when I went out. However, the reaction wasn't particularly empathetic; I had the feeling that she didn't care that I left again. A pity...

I was able to have a leisurely small breakfast. Quiet atmosphere.

Unfortunately, on Saturdays and Sundays at 10:00 a.m. there is usually only baked bread and only a reduced selection. Sales staff are to be pitied as they can't do anything about it and have to put up with my mood. Despite repeated comments, the bakery is apparently not flexible enough to resolve this bottleneck.

Shopping on Saturday afternoon, saleswoman, young lady with short hair doesn't say hello when she enters the store, is unable to explain the Maggia bread and then just leaves me standing there.
