Very nice waitresses, especially Ms. Burkhard and Ms. Alitche. Top service.

Very good bread. My favorite is the “old Fritz”. Pastries and cakes are also very good!

They saved the party on Sunday!!!!! When no one worked on Sunday, they had everything to help with the cake for 20 people. I strongly recommend this Bakery and many many thanks for the great service, fresh cakes and cozy atmosphere.

Tables, counters, floors, seats etc. all very dirty. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time, and that's on a Monday at 11am. Not recommendable. Sorry

I was actually a fan of this Hausammann. Above all, we received many generous portions from too good to go. However, this has changed drastically due to constant staff turnover. In the last portions we received a piece of Easter cake with mold. In addition, the bread was not from the same day, but older. The cafe is also not well maintained and has bread crumbs and other things on the floor and on the chairs. It gives a “dirty” impression. The employees are, as other comments show, unfriendly and arrogant!

Rating for frothed milk only: A great coffee machine with a great steam nozzle - but operating it definitely requires training. The milk was scalding hot - not only would you burn yourself, after a few seconds there would simply be no more milk foam (the milk should never get too hot, otherwise the milk foam would collapse). You only have to pay attention to a few things. Please, please learn!

We were sometimes treated very unprofessionally and the employees raised their voices towards us. They treated us differently because we were from Zollikon secondary school. When we wanted to eat in the store, despite the fact that we had already paid, they demanded additional money from us just to be able to eat in the cafe. Very unfortunate!

I have never experienced such unfriendly, arrogant and cheeky sales staff - I was a customer there but after this behavior and dealing with a customer, never again... They should eat their own dirt... That's why small shops die... because of the staff.. .the higher prices would have been accepted...

Delicious baked goods. I love the Laugenbrötli mit Frischkäse and Zöpfli mit Eisalad. They also sell Zopf by the meter on certain days. Open 365 days a year, even on Christmas and New Year!

Bread is always good. Gipfelli is very small and dry for such expensive prices. Service is not net.

Such great cakes are available from the Hausammann bakery in all of our branches Zollikon, Zumikon, Uster, Vorderberg and on Universitätstrasse… Prepared with a lot of love and fresh ingredients Dr Hausammann is an euse baker, he wants a good breakfast and a breakfast thing

Top for plaited bread, brioche, butter croissants, croissants... Very good St. Gallier, baguette not so much...

The location is great. But what lies behind it is catastrophic. No offers very poor selection to none at all Even though they are still open for half a day how they make their sales is a mystery to me. Please don't come in. Luckily there are other bakeries a little further away, but you're happy to drive a little further for good things. Never again

good bread but very unpleasant service. they were really rude, we stood inside the shop and they didn’t even acknowledge us for multiple minutes because the two ladies behind the counter were too busy still speaking to another customer who was on her way out. they were pretty much yelling across the store which was also so weird. because there are only two costumers allowed in the bakery at the time, it wasn‘t as if they didn’t notice us because it was too crowded... plus it was my moms birthday and she deserves friendly service because she‘s such a kind woman. on top of all that disrespectful attitude they even got our order wrong but we were fed up with them and didn’t want to go back to them again.

The bakery goods are excellent, but what makes this particular Hausammann location truly amazing is Rosa Maggio. She is the reason I go to Zollikon instead of Zumikon, even though Zumikon is closer to my home. Rosa’s warm smile (unfortunately now hidden by covid mask), kind-hearted service, and amazing attention to detail make the experience a complete joy! Bravo Rosa, keep it up!!!

+ Get the best butter plait here every weekend + Open on Sunday - Prices rather high - Breads (especially for breads without wheat) are average and often in the middle of the afternoon the selection is already reduced - Have to deduct a star because on Sundays at 9:15 with no plait and almost no bread left is not what you expect from a bakery. No go!

These workers cannot handle stress, which is very dubious for a Zurich bakery.

Tasty and delicious all sorts of things, there is always a little Gutzli with the coffee to go and also the friendliest, warmest and nicest staff ever!!!

The Bakery is good but the staff is not polite at all. I went there with 2 kids, 2 and 4 years old, and asked for 2 croissants and one cappuccino, the croissants for the kids and the cappuccino for me. The lady asked with the fingers if I wanted 2 cappuccino and I said 1. When I was about to pay she put 2 cappuccino and I said that I asked just 1. Her reaction was horrible and the way she spoke with me. I know is difficult to understand what we say with the masks, but what she thought that I would give cappuccino to one of the kids????? I would give Coffee to a 2 or 4 years old children????? And when she said to the person who was taking the cappuccino that was just one the reaction was also rude. How can a place treat the clients like that?? On such a horrible way??? With two kids presence??? Never again!
