Great bread and other goodies too. If I'm in the area I'll definitely stop at the Waltenschwil branch. Buy Maggia bread. The Ticino people can't do it the way you make this bread. And the almond peaks are a poem. Keep it up, you're great and have been for years. That simply has to be said

We have ordered appetizers and rolls in Waltenschwil several times for smaller parties. Everything tastes delicious and our guests are always thrilled, it's also a visual eye-catcher. The boss and the employees are always extremely courteous and friendly. Respect for the great service!

Good communication and advice via email. We received a very beautiful and delicate wedding cake, the bakery brought it to us in Bremgarten to the Waldhütte for a small delivery fee.

We ordered bacon braids, braids and Ruchbrot and a wedding cake and everything was delicious, and delivery was on time and it was a great time to get to know each other. But the biggest highlight was the cake 10/10 again and again. We know where we will order our daughter's birthday cake😁

I ordered a theme based birthday cake here for August 31st. After a short, friendly phone call, ideas and ideas about the cake were exchanged via email, which were always answered quickly. When I picked up the cake on the big day, it was exactly as I imagined it! Thank you!

Unfortunately, I can only confirm the negative feedback about the cakes not being what was ordered. I also ordered a cake a few years ago and clearly stated what I didn't want. I asked the employee to write this down exactly, which she did. When I went to pick up the cake, it was exactly the version I didn't want. Instead of apologizing, the saleswoman said that this was okay. Impossible setting... a child's kitsch birthday cake versus the birthday cake ordered for a young man coming of age.

Thank you. We can heartily recommend the pastry shop to everyone. We commissioned the birthday cake at relatively short notice. Our expectations were literally exceeded. We are thrilled and will order more often in the future.

I cannot recommend this bakery for birthday cakes. The cake did not meet our expectations at all. The cake looked like it had been designed in 10 minutes. Although designed is a nice way to put it, as the cake was almost completely empty apart from the rolled fondant. You probably just didn't have time because 5 other cakes were sold that day, but then you shouldn't accept any further orders if you don't have time. It was embarrassing that many customers in the store advised me against buying and saw this "result" from you. Some even laughed at the cake... From your point of view, it was also the customer's fault: it wasn't expressed in enough detail. I specifically said that you can let your creativity run wild. It didn't even say Happy Birthday... When I said the cake didn't meet my expectations, they said there was nothing they could do about it. Great right? Standing there on a special occasion without an organized cake. UPDATE: You're not very particular about data protection, are you? You are violating your customers' data protection by publishing their names. If you remove the name, otherwise an injunction will be filed for breach of data protection. The case is already before my lawyer.

This bakery is not suitable for wedding cakes. At the meeting everything was OK. then catastrophe. They couldn't deliver what was agreed upon. (PS: "Jöggi Hans" is of course a pseudonym)

We ordered our wedding cake from Köchli. At the rehearsal dinner, instead of the mango-flavored piece we ordered, a vanilla-flavored piece was delivered, along with 4 other flavors, including raspberry. Nice pink red and good taste of raspberries. This was very good and we chose chocolate, mocha and raspberry and ordered the cake. We also coordinated this combination with the dessert. Unfortunately, instead of raspberry, orange was delivered, the typical orange yellow. That wasn't ordered and didn't go with dessert. In the telephone conversation that followed, Ms. Köchli not only showed no understanding, but also became unfriendly and sulky and accused us of threatening her. THAT WILL NOT DO. If we order a cake and spend over 300 CHF on it, we want what was ordered. And instead of apologizing, becoming aggressive is also not acceptable. That's why, as already mentioned on the phone, never again and we definitely won't recommend them to others.

We were speechless how this was implemented. Simply fantastic! A beautiful and delicious cake more than exceeded our expectations. Many many thanks!
