I ordered something and a lady was very rude to me. I think it's a shame, it seemed very impatient and disrespectful. It would be nice if your employees were nice and empathetic, even in hectic situations. Unfortunately the pastries didn't seem very fresh either, but the bread was good. Best regards

Very nice service and delicious almond croissants!

Some of the desserts and pastries are not fresh, even up to 5 days old and are no longer perfect and good. We communicated that too. Even products that are not spoiled no longer taste really good. Shame

Friendly service, but baked goods & prices are almost always disappointing. For example the standard gipfeli at Gurtenbäckerei is much more tasty at at least twice the size.

When asked about the vegan offering, they said "we are not specialized...". It doesn't take any specialization to make a few pastries and maybe a sandwich and a salad vegan. I was referred to a Mütschli or Ruchbrot. The Mütschli says “little milk powder”. Yes, exactly, then it is ALMOST vegan. The word “little” is unnecessary because for allergic or vegan people, even a little is too much! It's a shame that Lanz Beck is lagging behind with vegan options.

There is such a pleasant feeling of freedom and friendliness in this bakery! The service is extremely friendly and takes time for every customer! Personally, I like the pretzel croissants best! Hope the tearoom can reopen soon!

Small and delicious place. Also open on Sunday. Unlike those hipster cafes in the city center, you can get a decent breakfast for the money here.

Every morning we enjoy the best croissants and Weggli from Lanz. My favorite cake is the apricot cake mmmm... delicious!! The staff is always very friendly. For me the best bakery in Bern. Thank you

Fresh bread even on Sundays! Friendly staff!

2 points for the high level of commitment and availability, always open on Sundays. No points for the rest such as friendliness or hygiene. Giving out the bread and croissants with your bare hands and then collecting the coins and cash is no longer possible today. I don't know of any bakery that still does this. It makes me lose my appetite a bit
