Bäckerei-Konditorei Lyner in Winterthur

It is important to me to share this with you. I was in the store on Thursday March 21, 24 at around 5:00 p.m. The service I received was as friendly as I have ever experienced in a long time. Thanks for the friendly manner. Be sure to praise this saleswoman for the boss. (2 Vogelnästli & 2 Spitzbuben and a "Schoggi Äntli") was my purchase...

Ordered a giant pretzel, everything worked out great, it was very tasty!

I would like to share my experience with Lyner Bakery. When I tried to place an order recently I was immediately turned away. The employee turned me away on the grounds that I should have come earlier and with a cheeky undertone. She didn't even have the opportunity to find out what I even wanted to order. It seems to me that the lady in the bakery is very overwhelmed and unable to deal with customers appropriately. Overall, the treatment was customer-unfriendly. I was disappointed with this experience and hope that such incidents can be avoided in the future.

Friendly service, delicious rolls

Whenever we bought products, they were always very dry. Only now I was almost run over by a Lyner driver (with a child in my arms). It's not possible to race through the city like that

Great price/performance ratio Good bread

Very courteous staff. The Lyner Bakery is one of our main suppliers for every Berlin snack. Top quality, but unfortunately only during carnival season :) If anything, a few more sandwiches to choose from on Saturday would be great.

Great service. The lady with black hair and glasses knows her stuff. At first I thought she was the boss, her expertise was unique and excellent. The Römertor team spreads a great atmosphere. KEEP IT UP!

Very fine vermicelle at Lyner Beck! The bowl can be eaten with you. Very is crispy, chocolaty and fine.

Nice shop with a great display. The best bread around. Unfortunately, it doesn't always have the delicious, hearty quiches. But every now and then I get lucky. And then I get them hot and cut into bite-sized pieces. Dear Lyner Chef: buy a decently sized knife so that the sales staff can cut the quiches neatly. Using a toy knife with a miniature blade always results in fraying, especially when cutting the quiche in the box.

Large selection and good quality

Well-structured bakery/pastry shop, delicious products and nice employees.

Stop on a long route for a coffee. We entered with 3 adults and 2 children (including a baby in our arms) the welcome was cold and unpleasant indicating that only 3 people were needed in the bakery refusal of service until 2 people had left... no sympathy.

Very good bread, baked goods, cakes etc., 5 stars! But the service is a bit unfriendly, unfocused, and all purchases are simply set up on the counter, no question about how you can carry everything like that, no question about shopping bags, the last one cost 10 cents and was torn on the way home! Also given wrong braid.

Extremely delicious Sacher Torte and raspberry croissant

The first time I went I didn't speak German and they said sorry, go somewhere else to order because we speak German here. And today I went to pick up a cake, terrible service and kindness equal to nothing. And then the cake to take home in an uncovered package that slipped from one side to the other with the slightest movement. I didn't clean the cake with the color holes that had gone away. I wanted to throw it away but since my daughter has a birthday today I don't have time to make a new cake and we'll pass it on like this. Here are the photos of what I received.

I like being here because it's practical. Baked goods taste good too. Nevertheless, the staff handling the goods with their hands without gloves is massively disruptive. And that the boxes always lie on top of each other without covering baked goods...

You pay but you get tasty bread like in the old days

The roast beef sandwich is a bad joke. A bread with butter a little tartar sauce a few slices of meat and two arugula sprigs. I've never eaten something so bland and carelessly made in my life. And for 7.- I think that's an absolute disgrace. I'll never go there again.

Butterzopf from Migros or Migrolino around the corner is actually better and much cheaper!
