Supper nice staff, good products

The "Nussgipfel" is delicious, it's worth trying. It offers the possibility of a Cafeteria in addition to the bread counter. Friendly and pleasant service. We had a lunch of sandwiches (very good) and also had a sweet. All very good.

The Nussbaumer Bakery was allowed to make the dessert for the wedding. They stepped in 4 days beforehand and did this with an extraordinary friendliness and courteous manner. Not only was transport taken into account, but the taste recommendation was also perfect. From the back office to collection, everything went smoothly. The whole thing also fit in an SUV and was intended for just under 190 people. Delicious, fresh and very friendly. Thank you dear Beck Nussbaumer and Ms. Steigmeyer from the back office (and production & sales team)

The selection is already very small and even at 8 a.m. many things are no longer available. As a customer you feel like you are in the former GDR.

Very nice place. It offers the possibility of having breakfast with their products since in addition to a pastry shop it also acts as a cafe. The products are excellent.

The butter croissants in particular at the Nussbaumer Bakery are completely different than in other bakeries. To me they taste dry & without a buttery taste. For me it doesn't have much to do with a butter croissant. The Nussbaumer cannot keep up with the competition from bakeries and large distributors. If you're lucky if you come very late in the morning, you'll sometimes have freshly baked croissants which are really great and very tasty. It's a shame there is no table service anymore. I'm really looking forward to the new Maihölzli coffee & hope that they don't buy the butter croissants from you.

Always friendly and good advice

I’ve been going here for years now and the coffee is always consistently good (has been ahead of the game for years now compared to the standard coffee you get in Switzerland), there’s lots of different options in terms of seating and the stuff is always friendly. Definitely a good choice if you’re looking for a place to have a coffee.

Came to the bakery today and was amazed at the salesman working with a hand splint. He saw a little how much trouble the job was giving him, but he managed it brilliantly. Great respect for him, he couldn't work with a splint.

The quality of the baked goods is average at best. Especially the butter peaks: They are only good if they were baked in the oven on site (because they were out before 9 a.m. again). If they come from the central bakery in Cham, they are simply inedible! They are usually odorless and dry! This is simply product from the assembly line! Or the Mutschli sandwiches, for example: The "crust" is soggy instead of crispy, the bread has no taste, barely spread with terrible margarine (artificial butter), 5-6 slices of salami and a soggy cucumber slice that was embedded with plenty of vinegar water. Hey, it's no fun to eat something like that! And then it costs almost 5 Stutz!?! The confectionery tastes as if it has been in the display case for days: hard and dry, and the taste only develops very tentatively. After all: the coffee is great! I've been wishing for a little more effort and less profit-seeking in this business for a long time! After all, you'll soon have competition in Hünenberg...

I had the friendliest and best service in Hünenberg. The team is super nice and motivated. Especially the apprentice, whose name was Mr. Schär, I think he made a fantastic impression on me and is super sweet and funny to children. I'd love to come back🙈

We have been customers for a long time and are always disappointed. The staff is unfriendly and takes no initiative to satisfy the customer. Very little choice at lunchtime and high prices. Not an option for vegetarians. A pity! Because the location is great and the products are of very good quality. We switched to Nussbaumer in Cham. Everything is perfect there and the staff is highly motivated and accommodating.

Lovely bakery situated in a residential area. Has parking so easy to stop and pick up what you need. We had a pizza and a cake. Strange combo I know but we had cravings. Would recommend checking it out and the staff were nice.
