Breads and (sweet) pastries of excellent quality. Price / offer: Very good. I like to go there regularly.

The service spoils your Sunday morning with its unfriendly manner. Pastries are mostly old!

The very tasty salads and sandwiches deserved another star. But this insane incompetence and, on top of that, unfriendliness is dragging the bakery down. This morning I ordered a latte macchiato. I then had to deal with the unfriendly saleswoman ever. "Latte macchiato doesn't work here." I, remaining friendly, pointed out that I have ALWAYS ordered a latte macchiato here from another lady. The answer was: "I learned that these machines don't make a latte macchiato because the proportions aren't right." I laughed and then jokingly said: "It's okay, I'll have a cappuccino too." Maybe the lady was just unable to use the machine correctly, I don't know. She didn't ask for sugar and did everything else as if it was deeply disgusting to her and customers would be sick anyway. That was the last time for me there. In the past I have ignored the women's stubbornness and left a good 11 francs each time. No thanks

Worst bakery I know... Every time the croissants are dry and taste old... 300m next door is the Pronto gas station, even there the croissants are perfect and fresh!!! Embarrassing for the bakery... I bought a wegli today and it tastes like it's been sitting there for 5 days... I'm a chef and I know what I'm talking about! There is a sign outside that says... Fresh pastries every day… You should remove it because it's not fresh in your place! No wonder fewer and fewer people come to you! And so unmotivated 😂 if it bothers you so much then just close it or look for another job mama mia...!!!! Sad Sad Sad!!! Change something or you will lose your customers in Ostermundigen 😉

Small outlet of a regional bakery. The selection of products is rather modest due to the size of the store. The two major distributors are also right next door. The bakery impresses with its craftsmanship and can also keep up with the big retailers in terms of price. An insider tip is the fyrabe bread, which is freshly baked every afternoon.

We met a very, very unmotivated saleswoman. We were looking forward to the Erdberroulade we bought, which was the worst of our lives. No strawberry taste and filled with butter. Not airy and dry sponge cake. What a pity

Bread and rolls are usually too dark! Please change, the information will probably never reach the boss. There are people who would prefer their things to be brighter.

Extremely rude, we wanted to buy croissants for breakfast on Sunday morning but never again for the reason, I had a question about whether the turkey sandwiches were with eggs or not instead of a yes or no in an aggressive way, "we can't have everything on Sundays".. .. after that I thought ok and in the end she packed all 5 croissants in 5 different bags instead of one big bag. When I asked can you put it in a larger bag I replied that it costs an extra 10rp. And for the previous customer she did it automatically at no additional cost. Thank you Röthlisberger for the friendly service. Never again

Very good bakery very good staff polite and courteous good items

On Saturday at 10:45 everything was completely empty of baked goods, only 4.5 dried-up eggs and a few croissants. I took boiled eggs with me, then noticed outside that 3 out of 5 were gone, the branch manager changed them from the other pack .. came home and noticed that two people were still devious! I bit into the dried up piece of plastic and there was a piece of plastic about 1cm in size inside. You should send someone from the health service there! ONE OF THE WORST BAKERY IN THE WHOLE KT BERN!!

I am living since 3 years in Bern and have never experienced so high discrimination as here. The person literally smiled at all other clients that were locals and intentionally did not and made it extremely obvious I am not welcome there. It is sad that in such times and well developed countries we have still come across such mentalities.

Can we call this a bakery? We can't say that it smells like good fresh bread freshly out of the oven... standardized products like many bakeries unfortunately do today... move on, lovers of real home-made products. ...

Delicious butter croissants and wholemeal bread

Extremely delicious focaccia sandwiches, carrot cakes, amaretti and more. The staff is very friendly and the prices are okay.

Best Beck!! Large selection of juicy sandwiches, especially the Chnebu is AWESOME, sandwiches, salads, baked goods all of a decent variety, fresh and delicious! Not exactly cheap, but you don't skimp on the ingredients like others do.
