We ordered a Lambo cake and what we got was the biggest rip off. A block cake that doesn't even look the same

We came back from Finland last night and were happy to be able to buy something nice on Sunday. Very nice service.

Very pleasant place, I will happily visit it again. The only shame is that there are only steep steps down to the toilets.

I'm not giving 1 star because their saleswoman told me, simply because of how they confirmed it, the price to take away comes first, because the normal price when you drink there, they are very unclear. Because their staff is very unfriendly, I'm not the first to notice it. Communication with you needs to be improved. A difference of 1 franc is a lot, other places where coffee is 20 rapp3n expensive is a thousand times much better, with a service. If you can't accept criticism, you shouldn't do this job. I can't recommend your company to my friends either. February 13, 2023 I came today, around 8:20 a.m., to have a drink. I order, say it's time to drink there. It's written on the cash register 4.90, give 10 francs and only get 4.10 back, I immediately say there's 1 franc missing, she says it's more expensive to drink there and when I said it's written on the cash register it's 4.90, she says it's only the price to take away . 5.90.- for a bad latte macchiato, too expensive. It shows the price of drinking there, yes, where you can't see. I'm not complaining about the 2 different prices, just the way they say it. Even though I was on the phone, I took the time to say hello and ask questions, and I also had eyes. And you may have thought "She's French, because it doesn't matter to us", for info, French is also a national language. Never again, I have read comments from your various branches, the problem of service and unfriendliness comes up very often, it would be time to do something. Luckily there are much better places in Basel city where service is great.

Pastries very fine and the most important thing; best saleswoman (and I have already experienced many at Kübler :-). Despite the "stress", always very friendly, well-positioned and, which is not a given, very, very attentive.

We went to get pastries for brunch on Sunday. The butter and salt croissants were not fresh, they were 100% from the day before, that really shouldn't happen. I didn't really want to write a review but it's already happened twice in Muttenz.

A big big laugh, I was banned from the branch via Facebook via a private account because I supposedly talked to people for too long. I go in greet the people, shop and leave. But then I'd rather leave my money with Sitter. However, a personal statement is rejected. I'm being threatened with the police because I speak normally. What's wrong with them? Very bad service. They saw me as a customer.

Good and friendly hospitality. Great place for women to sit. Ind doe king cakes are a true poem. A super treat that rightly has a great reputation. A little insider tip from a regular customer.

Unfortunately disappointing 🤨 I wanted to order 5 Epiphany cakes, it only works from 10 pieces and has never been a problem. When you come to the store you either have it or it doesn't have it, I was told. At 10:30 a.m. it was out of stock. Come back on Sunday was the answer
