The commitment, friendliness and expertise of the products made my visit a real pleasure. Unfortunately I have to agree with the bad reviews about the staff. I was just served by a very unmotivated lady, and this isn't the first time. Most of the time the staff is not very friendly or motivated. I don't even like going in anymore because I feel so uncomfortable. The waiting times are also extremely long, even though there aren't many customers in the store.

Very bad service. I just waited from 8:24 to 8:29 to place my order. She took orders from every customer who came and sat behind me. My tram arrived and I left before I could order...

Coffee is CRUEL!!! bitter, thin ploerre without aroma or taste. Baked goods are OK, large selection and reasonably priced. Interior: uncomfortable

I'll start with the positive feedback. I am a long-time and regular customer of yours (approx. 2/3 times a week) and I think your products are great, especially the lye loops (or as I put it, loop lyes) and the price performance is also adjusted. What I find unfortunate is the behavior of the staff. It can't be that you're always laughed at and always spoken to about the wording or even that you'll roll your eyes because of it. Depending on the day, the staff can be moody and what I don't find professional at all is that they have headphones (airpods) in their ears while working. I don't like to write a worse review, but it should also provide an incentive for improvement. Today we got several sandwiches and chocolate cakes again, unfortunately they were just too dry again. It's such a shame, but if the bun isn't fluffy you just can't enjoy it. The cheese is also just too bitter in my opinion, but that's a matter of taste. It would be really great if you could get the dry rolls under control.

Dear Kübler team I'm actually happy with your wide range of products and I always buy sweet pastries and other delicious things from you. I can particularly recommend the following to all dessert and gourmet readers: Schützli, vanilla Berliner, apple turnover and couscous salad. That's why you get two stars from me. The reason why it's not five stars but only two stars is because of the service: I was here this morning at around 9 o'clock and there was only one person there; She had difficulty bringing me my order properly: the waitress almost burned me because she spilled the coffee because of her stress. I somehow felt sorry for her, but it can't be that you more or less slam the coffee cup on the guest's table, even if there are other customers waiting. That was extremely unsympathetic and cheeky! I write this so clearly so that people can learn from it - please take this as constructive and serious criticism. In the end, the service was not only bad today, but also other times. Things are better in Fililae Aesch, but not ideal either. Another recommendation: It would be great if, in addition to your wide selection, you could also offer a pastry or dessert with pistachio cream, pistachio mousse or something similar. Been there a few times now and have always been very satisfied =) The service was always very friendly, I never had to wait long and the prices were absolutely okay. So far we've tried: Zopf, pretzel croissants, vanilla danishes, vanilla Weggli, Wurstwegge, ham croissants, ham and cheese croissants and a few other sweet things - it's always been great so far 👍🏻 Very easy to reach on foot, by public transport or by car. There are also enough parking spaces available (blue zone). Thank you very much, we will definitely come back =D

The employees are very friendly and I really enjoy buying fresh pastries from them. They offer a large selection from bread to salads and this changes seasonally. The monthly hit is always a great surprise!

You make the best croissants in the Basel region. Compliment! Whenever possible, I drive to you and get the croissants there! Rich structure, good bite and freshly baked. No baked goods like the cheap goods from major distributors and gas stations. And of course the awesome thing: open on Sundays... Great! Keep it up!

Reinach branch It has often happened that an employee makes customers wait because she has endless conversations with French customers after they have paid. It's just a hassle when you have to get on the tram and wait because of chatter. I have not yet received a response to my complaint email.

A lady who on Sunday February 14th 2021 was unreasonable and rude when I pointed out the lack of glove hygiene. It's a shame... I won't be entering this store again.

Yesterday, March 3rd, 2020 at around 1:10 p.m. I visited the branch in Reinach on the main street with a work colleague and wanted to buy a cheese sandwich, as I usually do... while I wait until my colleague is finished with her order, I see how a saleswoman (very tall, dyed red hair) comes to the sink in the cafeteria, takes a cloth and cleans her sneaker over the sink with it! I was completely horrified, after all there should be hygiene regulations... a dog isn't allowed in, but she cleans her shoes over the sink in the cafeteria??? With a cloth that is probably intended for the cafeteria????? When I asked the lady what she was doing and that it wasn't possible at all, her answer was I just got a cloth...when I told her that I had just seen it, she said she was free now and just left away. The saleswoman who was serving us kindly apologized for her colleague's misbehavior. I then called Kübler's headquarters and wanted to report this. They promised me that the boss would call back, unfortunately I haven't heard anything yet. I will never buy anything from Kübler Bakery again!

Fresh bread. Open on Sundays till 1pm. Right in front of tram stop. Love the place. Recommended Mandel /almond gipfeli and vitali brot (bread roll with fruit and nuts). All other bread is super as well! Do not go here if you need wifi. You will only get it on the stool seating near the entrance. As you walk in further, wifi signals are very weak.
