The worst bakery with caffe 2 employees 1 one only works on the phone or talking but not customers privately it's a shame 1 quits the shop true not just once it's a shame

We ordered a cake for our daughter. When I picked it up there was liquid around the cake and the sprinkles were half melted. The saleswomen (who are very, very nice by the way) also noticed the problem and immediately sent pictures to the person in charge. The lady on the phone claimed that this was normal. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to organize an alternative and therefore had to accept it and added a note to the collection slip and signed it. I complained later, but they passed the problem back to us. We would have signed so they are fine. It seriously can't be normal for a cake to lose liquid. I couldn't even take them out of the box and put them on the table. I give 1 star because they initially tried to convince us that the cake was so normal (I didn't see anything like that in the picture gallery) and because instead of admitting the mistake and finding a solution, they blamed the problem on us with lots of excuses. My tip: Plan an alternative, don't sign the collection slip if something isn't ok and get a solution or discount right away.

I got croissants on Sunday and tasted delicious from gestetn. It was very embarrassing to visit. The ladies are very nice early in the morning during the week, but you have to wonder what goes wrong on Sunday. Time to hire nice and friendly Alsatian women again. I don't need anything more on Sunday!

Good morning, oh you've already sold a lot today. “We have to come early in the morning!” It was Sunday shortly before 11. Instead of asking me what I would like, the 'saleswoman' cleaned the display with a broom. It didn't bother her that the last 5 breads and 3 croissants left to choose from disappeared in the flour dust. Very unfortunate and really unfriendly.

Staff unmotivated and unfriendly, the coffee is just thrown on the table, so to speak. And this is the 4th time in a row.

Friendly and attentive staff, delicious coffee and a good selection of fresh bread and baked goods. Very cozy place to wake up in the morning. Only recommended.

Very nice, cozy interior and on Sunday there are enough rolls and sweets. It's wonderful to enjoy your coffee there in peace and quiet. Be it outdoors or indoors. Depending on the weather.😉 Very recommendable.

No matter which Kübler Beck you go to, the performance of the entire staff is absolutely outstanding. Excellent selection from the entire range. Beautiful shops, perfectly lit, clean and well arranged.

Only applies to the renovation! Much more comfortable before. The benches uncomfortable. At the coffee bar the light is cruelly blinding from above. And the entrance door is right there too. The artificial tree is bad - dust collector. Takes up a lot of space. Everything is so mixed up. The bistro charm from before is missing. I liked it better.

Drink coffee there several times a week. Mostly very friendly staff. Good selection of bread, sandwiches, sweets etc. The Kluserschnitten are outstanding. Addendum 2022 Uncomfortable since the renovation. Whoever picked out these 'railway benches' didn't sit through the test.

The current team (Mrs. Böhler and Ms. Sutter) is top. The two ladies are always friendly and accommodating. If you are undecided, you will help patiently and with friendly advice when choosing products. The two ladies know their regular customers and address them by name, which is unfortunately rare these days.

The Kübler bakery is generally one of the best in the region

And once again poorly served!! Kübler has good products, but an unqualified, arrogant and opinionated service, which repeatedly gets into disputes with customers. This ruins all the good work of the bakery! Somehow these saleswomen have not been trained to ensure that the customer pays their wages. If you talked and treated your supervisor like that, you would first get a warning and then be fired. If I have the choice, I choose the competition. I get good quality in many places, but you never forget good service.

Here's what's good about Kübler: they are this small, village style Bächerei on a main street impacted with traffic, and they manage to keep a cosy village feel. They are convienient, fast, have outdoor tables and have done their best to apply Covid regulations with socially distanced spaces and fewer seats than normal. The pastry is also lovely and light.

I would prefer to give ZERO stars - 1 star is actually too many. Although you can find very good delicacies there, I won't go there again due to the poor service. -> arrogant/cheeky answers to various questions -> What I bought was not packed by the employee - the bag was handed over to me directly -> “Goodbye” or “Adieu” seem to be a foreign word for the Kübler employees!

Choice, freshness, friendliness of staff

I am very disappointed. This is the second time I have ordered the birthday cake for my children from Kübler. I sent a picture of the cake and other than a small change, the cake should look exactly the same. Unfortunately I was apparently misunderstood and the cake did not look identical, the decoration was missing on the cake. When I wanted to return the cake stand, for which I had to pay a deposit fee of CHF 150, I was disappointed again. Apparently they didn't note that I had paid the fee. And even though I still had the receipt, I had to wait half an hour until they sorted it out!!! What kind of customer service is this? This is simply outrageous. I will definitely not order a cake from Kübler again.

Bakery with a small cafe and a few seats

Small but nice bakery with a wide range of products, friendly staff and nice and clean. You can also sit inside or outside, there are free newspapers to read. Also open on Sundays from 8 a.m.

Located directly at the new roundabout, very easy to reach. Friendly service, cake and coffee very good. A glass of water is missing. No barista quality. Newspapers available. I'll go there again, even if the facility isn't that comfortable.

I'm just disappointed. I called on Friday and wanted to reserve 2 3 king cakes. I was told that unfortunately they no longer do that, it's new. They assured me that there would be enough on January 6, 2019. When I got there at 10:30 I saw helpless customers and when I went in I realized why. They weren't able to bake enough cakes and so I have to explain to my 2 small children why and why there isn't the one with the great figures this year. My children were very disappointed. I also wanted to buy one on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. unfortunately they were all already sold out and then again on Sunday. The poor employees who have to take the anger from the customers because the upper floor was once unable to cope. It's just such a sad thing!

Unfortunately only negative Ordering by phone is no longer possible, new regulations from 2019. Understandably, orders can only be ordered in-store. Well Saturday morning January 5th 2019 early at 7.35am in the shop. I wanted to reserve 4 3 king cakes. I received the following information from Kübler's staff: "That's not necessary, we have enough 3 king cakes on January 6th, 2019" On Sunday at 10:15 a.m. in the Kübler Bakery shop, I wanted to purchase the 3 king cakes, but unfortunately I didn't receive anything. Unfortunately there wouldn't be any left! No, really nothing except time and energy loss. I reported this and all I heard was that you can no longer order from us. Customer friendliness is important, as is a suitable volume of goods. It wasn't 5 minutes before closing time. The friendly competition will be happy. We certainly don't have anything from the Kübler Bakery.

The goods here are always fresh and taste excellent. The staff is always friendly too. In January you should definitely buy an Epiphany cake; I have never seen kings like this anywhere else and they are different every year - ideal for collectors.

The quality of the goods convinces me. Attentive staff. Good location. Mostly free parking spaces. Tram/bus almost in front of the house. Everything fine. Even though I no longer live here, I often make a detour here.
