The branch used to be really cozy and pleasant. But something has changed. The staff is mostly ok. However, the women seem stressed quite quickly. It's definitely worth the trip to the main store on Sunday.

Mohn Bahnhofstrasse: As in almost every Mohn, some very unfriendly staff. As I read from other recessions, there is a system here too and it is not an isolated case. Customers are not treated equally here. Even though I spend about 500/month at Mohn, it is not appreciated. On August 27th, 2023 I wrote an email to Roger Mohn with the facts and the complaint. Unfortunately, it has remained unanswered to this day. This behavior from management extends to small employees. It is difficult to find good employees, but it is difficult to find good and loyal customers. At the moment only “La Statione” remains, but Mohn isn’t the only one. It's a shame family Mohn, but you're heading in the wrong direction with your customers

I'm happy to give 4 stars for the baked goods. Really very good Swiss baking art with high quality and excellent taste. BUT: The woman with shoulder-length curly hair and glasses is sometimes extremely spiteful towards the customers. No matter whether Swiss customers or foreign ones. I have rarely experienced something like this. If you are being treated rudely, please show this lady your boundaries. That's not how you treat people!

I was there today, the older saleswoman is very unfriendly, no hello, no goodbye, she is grumpy and arrogant!

Good quality and mostly friendly service

Very tasty bread and very good rolls. The best foccacia I've ever eaten, unfortunately it's only available on weekends. That's the only point you could complain about here. I was very happy with everything I ate from this bakery, including the cake.

The staff is extremely unfriendly. We often get our breakfast here and always have the same impression. There is no greeting, hesitant answers and eyes are rolled. Maybe it's because we don't speak a dialect, you don't know.

No one is speaking good English here, but that doesn't matter because everything is homemade fresh daily, and it's easy enough to point at baked goods in a glass case and swipe your credit card. Seriously..this was the best Quiche and chocolate croissant I have ever had in my life. I could've easily bought one of everything - every item in the case was drool worthy. I even stopped back before leaving and got a savory pastry and some chocolates to bring home. I doubt they need the recommendation, but if you haven't been you should definitely check it out.

Poppy seeds have the best braid in the world! And lots of other fine breads and croissants too. Tip: try corn croissants.

Delicious cinnamon brot (called ensaida I think?), schoggi brot, and mandel gipfel. Convenient stop right across from the Kreuzlingen train station.

If you come at lunchtime between 11:45 and 12:00 there is often only one type of salad left or none at all. The selection of sandwiches at this time also leaves a lot to be desired! No comparison to other chains!!

Small but nice branch with a great selection of delicious sandwiches, breads etc.

We just drove to Kreuzlingen to get poppy seed rolls for breakfast. In front of me, another customer is leaving the store with a bag full of rolls... After I enter the shop, I am thrown out again in a very unfriendly tone and the statement “from 8 a.m.”, even though all the goods were already ready. That's service! Thanks for that!
